Icons on the Water: Get your cameras ready: the tour offers a privileged view of Villa del Balbianello, the setting for famous international films, and the most hidden and luxurious residences such as Villa La Cassinella and Villa Balbiano. Starting from Bellagio you will do a fantastic shared boat tour on the centre of the lake, where the views will leave you breathless! From the shared boat you will admire the beautiful tows and the famous historical villas as Villa Melzi, Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello and the only island of the lake: Comacina Island.

We had a wonderful time during the tour. Our guide, Fabia, was great, very knowledgeable, kind and fun... She took us on walking tour of Bellagio and then Varenna. Both villages were beautiful. We enjoyed very much. Thank you Samantha at Lake Como Tourism for planning the tour.

The one-hour tour on Lake Como might seem, on paper, too long but once you leave the hour slips away too early, there are so many things to see. Also excellent aperitif at the end of the tour

a great way to enjoy Lake Como in peace. The boat ride is very romantic and we concluded with an aperitif in the villa at the end of the day.

This company failed two times to meet our expectations. We were told to be at a certain location at a certain time and we were early and no one was there to show us what we were to do. We made phone calls. No one was answering. We contacted Viator I had to investigate the situation and they had trouble also with the vendor they finally and gave us another time 2 days later at that time again we arrived early. There was no representative there to help us. We contacted them immediately. We were told someone was coming. nobody came boats are coming and going .Viator Did a good job work at this problem but now I am awaiting credit for the entire trip. I recommend you do not invest in this trip also it says private. But it’s not private it’s a self guided tour. We never got the boat ride. We never got the food at the end at the restaurant or bar. Our expectations were not met and we wasted a lot of time. Once you plan your day around a tour and the tour does not happen. The entire day becomes open and changes and it’s unfortunate Not to the Viater standards thank you. Have a nice day.
As already explained it is clear in the description that there is no guide. It was given the time, coordinates where to get the boat and an indication of how to find the staff 2 times and the staff waited but no one showed up at the dock to get on the boat. The program sent was clear, detailed and with indicated what to do in every detail.
1. We were not told that paying 279.00 Was a self guided tour. Who would do that in a country we don’t know. The address we were given to meet at was not the right address. We waited for someone to show up . No one. Than later that day when I ask , they say oh you self walk around. Why would I pay to walk around

The address was correct, you are not the first to do this kind of tour and everyone starts from there. At the address were the gentlemen with the orange vests waiting for you for the boat tour (as clearly marked in orange on the programme). The tour is self-guided because there is no guide to take you through the stops, but in the programme that we turned over to you everything was indicated, including the map with the route. It was a nice boat and the views are amazing, we had the appetizers and drinks which was quite a hike from the dock. The appetizers were a little on the basic side. However, the restaurant had a majestic view. Pretty pricey for 2 people.

Bellagio was really mesmerizing. Unfortunately the weather was a little bit gloomy, but the tour was really great, we were lucky that during our boat tour it didn't rain. Absolutely love our local guide Patrizia.

Very touristic place! We visited Bellagio and Varenna during our holy week holiday, Fortunately it was a sunny day so we really enjoyed the view and the food! The guide was lovely. The best part was when we ride the boat.
