- The rider's weight must be under 110 kg or 242.5 lbs. Nonrefundable for overweight riders.
- Infant (under 2 years old) is free of charge (sit with parents, Total weight < 110 kg or 242.5 lbs).
- The rider shall wear long pants.
- Uncontrolled riding is NOT permitted.
- Group Rides are restricted to a maximum of 8 riders.
- We want you to enjoy your ride and your safety is very important to us.
- We provide each rider with a safety equestrian helmet and riding boots.
- Prior to leaving the stable, strong intermediate riders and advance riders must demonstrate an ability to independently control their horse
- Should you arrive late for your beach ride we may be forced to reduce the duration of your beach ride so the following group is not impacted.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund
