Booked the diamond experience and we had a really great lunch at the front of the boat with amazing views as we motored along the Seine on a beautiful sunny day.
Amazing experience, great food, service, set up and staff. Would defiantly recommend for a romantic trip. Was really impresses.
Well worth it and everyone was very welcoming and friendly
Our experience on the Bateaux Parisiens Seine River Gourmet Lunch & Sightseeing Cruise was disappointing. While the cruise itself was beautiful, the level of service did not meet our expectations. We felt overlooked compared to other guests. Everyone around us had already been served, yet no one came to take our order until my husband had to remind the staff. We should not have had to ask for basic service. We also requested if we can move table facing the window. Since we were already seated in the window section, we thought this would be a reasonable request. We were told it was not possible, yet we observed other guests being allowed to change tables. This gave us the impression that different guests were treated differently, which was disheartening. Despite our disappointing experience, we still left a generous tip because we wanted to show our appreciation and gratitude. We believe in recognizing the hard work of service staff, even when our experience falls short of expectations. Overall, we did not feel welcomed or valued as customers. We expected attentive, equitable, and consistent service for all guests, especially given the privileged price of the experience. Unfortunately, the unequal treatment overshadowed what could have been a memorable cruise.
Great value, high quality food and perfect time frame
This was a beautiful experience with our family. The food was delicious, service was amazing, and the boat was perfect. Thank you!
We chose Premier service which was excellent. Great views whilst having lunch. The food, wine, champagne and service were fabulous. A marvellous experience and well worth the cost. Highly recommended.
Quality of meal, drinks, staff and trip exceeded our expectations. Background music was good - we got no commentary on sites but that was fine. Would do it again and would recommend.
Booked as a couple, this meal appearing at first glance as a "tourist trap" is in reality a real marvel. Appetizer, main course, dessert, cheese, kir, coffee, wine (one bottle each!) all while admiring the banks of the Seine! The service was perfect (thank you very much Orlane) and on par with the best gourmet restaurants (or even better haha). In short 5 ⭐️
Booked through the CCAS, for €89, appetizer + main course + cheese + dessert + 2 bottles of wine while cruising along the banks of the Seine. Between tourist discovery, culinary delights, and friendship, this cruise fully deserves a 5-star rating. Thank you!
