We did a 2 hour tour on June 5th with Walk Tuk. Pick up was very near placa catalunya. It was a great overview of barcelona especially for first time visitors. The driver was a good tour guide with lots of helpful info. It’s not the cushiest of seats, but we did fine. Well done.
Terrible. We were only in Barcelona for one night and booked the TukTuk Tour to maximize our time and see the sights. We spent several euros to get to the meeting point. After 5 minutes had passed and no tour bus I sent a message via the app and was informed that our tour had been cancelled. We were not informed of this prior to our arrival and were highly disappointed that our tour did not take place.
We are sorry that you were disappointed, but your review omits important facts. The activity was not cancelled without notice. Our team attempted to contact you repeatedly over two days through multiple channels, including phone calls and emails, in order to inform you about the situation and offer assistance. After several unsuccessful contact attempts, the booking was cancelled. For this reason, it is not accurate to state that you were only informed after arriving at the meeting point. We always make every effort to contact guests before taking such a decision. We regret that we were unable to reach you and hope you were still able to enjoy your time in Barcelona. ❤️💙🛺

Great way to see the city. Dress warm and you'll have fun. Guide didn't share as much info as I expected of the city.
Thank you for your feedback, Tricia! 💛🛺 We’re glad you enjoyed seeing Barcelona on the Tuk Tuk tour. We appreciate your note about the information shared—our guides aim to balance sightseeing and commentary, and we’ll take your comment on board to improve future tours. Dressing warm is always a good tip!
Pablo tour guide was very knowledgeable. Tuk tuk was not set up to see anything. Front window is to small and can’t see from any if the back seats. The top isn’t open so again couldn’t a see any attraction unless we stopped and got out
Hello Maribel, 💙 Your review is misleading. All our WalkTuk Barcelona vehicles are open-sided and designed for maximum visibility — more than 99% of guests see the city perfectly from any seat. The front “window” is not meant to block the view; it’s part of the structure. Stating you “couldn’t see anything” is inaccurate. We’re glad you appreciated Pablo’s knowledge, but your description of the tuk tuk itself does not reflect reality.
Our driver was sick and we had a last minute change but managed to have a great experience in Barcelona! Worth the money - learned a ton about this wonderful city!
Thank you so much! 💙 Even with the last-minute guide change, we’re really happy you still enjoyed your WalkTuk experience in Barcelona. Great to hear you found it worth it and learned a lot about this amazing city. Hope to see you again on another tour! ☀️
Delightful tour of Barcelona highlights. Our driver/guide was a native of Barcelona with a love for the city that was reflected at every turn. This is a great introduction to a historic city and gives great ideas for places to revisit.
Thank you so much, Kim! ❤️💙 We’re thrilled you enjoyed the WalkTuk tour and our guide’s passion for the city. ☀️ It’s great to hear you got a wonderful introduction to Barcelona and ideas for future visits. We hope to see you again soon for another fun tour! 🛺
