Aurelia was very knowledgeable and helpful during the duration of the tour. She explained the history of the basilica as well as Gaudí’s life and vision for the Sagrada Família. The duration of time was the perfect amount and I will be recommending this to anyone who decides to visit Barcelona.
Aurelia was an amazing tour guide, she was knowledgeable and passionate. We are so glad we did a guided tour of La Sagrada Família so that we could learn all the intricacies of Gaudi.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Sagrada Família & Barcelona in general. Perfect amount of time exploring this magnificent piece of architecture.
Stunning church that has to be visted, and a fantastic tour with a knowledgeable guide. Would recommend.
Agnes, excellent! Great tour.
Aida was incredible. So thoughtful, informative, kind (also so considerate to keep us out of the heat for too long!) and funny. I have been here before but learned so much more from Aida.
Marta was fantastic. She explained how the tour would go and she was very detailed in her explanations about each stage of the tour. She was very engaging and she would constantly ask if there were any questions after each part of the tour. The admission fee included the skip the queue function and it was so worth it. The length of the visit I initially thought would be too long, but the time flew past and I was so surprised when we had reached an hour into the tour. If you ever book the tour with booking.com, and you get Marta as your tour guide, you'll be in for a treat
The guide was very friendly and her knowledge of the cathedral was excellent. She also make everyone feel at ease.
The tour was very informative. The tour guide was not in the designated location. We eventually located our tour guide but it was concerning. Use messaging in the Viator app if you need help, the call center is not helpful at all. There is no flexibility in the time you select, so be thoughtful and give yourself enough time to arrival and departure time.
The tour guide or operator doesn’t even respond to ur messages or calls. There is no one to help you if you are a few mts late. No one to even talk to. Very disappointed
