It is always a bit scary to be arriving in a non English speaking country not knowing the area. PRRFECT communication was waiting right out side of the exit and sent us a picture as well. The driver was kind helpful and spoke very well I would not consider anyone else. Much better than a previous experience 2 years ago from another provider

Way too expensive. This was double the price they should have charged. It was a simple taxi ride so future guests should just get a taxi instead of booking this private transfer because there were plenty of taxis available for 1/2 the price I paid. The taxi also is a “private transfer”.

We arrived earlier than expected at the Cruise terminal. A request for an earlier pick up was made an approved. We were told someone would be outside the terminal with our name on a sign. We waited over an hour and called back. The party that answered the phone was rude and yelling at us saying his guy was there for 45 minutes, calling us before he finally left. We told them no one called the phone on the reservation and the number they called , that phone was shut off due to no longer having Wi-Fi once we were off the ship. At no time was there anyone standing there with our name on the sign as instructed. We checked every person that had a sign for more than an hour.

The driver was at the terminal with your name sign and waited for over 45 minutes, calling you multiple times without receiving an answer. Since we received no response, we later dispatched another driver who successfully picked you up and transferred you to your hotel. We understand that your phone was not working after disembarking, which unfortunately made communication difficult. We disembarked our cruise ship earlier than expected and contacted Viator to advise them. They managed to bring forward our booking by an hour and sent a very helpful driver. He managed to find us easily despite the crowds of passengers and drove us safely to our hotel.

Paid for a private transfer at 9am. Finally turned up at 9.20 with no car! He simply put us in a taxi who ran the meter until I told him I had already paid. I could have joined the taxi a queue myself and paid the $17 euro instead of the $46 euro I paid to book this service - not hapoy
