Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience. I tried a few times to chat with the provider leading up to our arrival and received no response. I called once we landed and offered no assistance. We were able to locate our driver and he was very kind. He informed me that I had not booked a large enough car for our passengers and luggage. I reserved a car that said it would hold 4-6 people. There were four of us. He directed us to the taxi stand since he could not take all 4 of us plus bags. I reached out to support and was told the car was for 4 people and 1 bag per person. The provider was unwilling to refund us. Definitely, try to get confirmation on passengers and luggage maximum limits! An expensive lesson learned.
We just arranged a ride from the airport in Barcelona to our hotel in Sitges. The taxi was not there when we arrived and after waiting an hour, I called the operator and she sent another taxi right away.
