The tour guide was very knowledgeable, however, he needs to be a little more engaging. The park is beautiful and there is a nice sea view.
So crazy. We had a taxi that took us on a bit of an adventure and our tour company didn’t wait for us. We were 5 mins late. That’s fine. We had to pay twice and we rebooked on Viator with another company who took us immediately. Theory loss as we are very generous.
Dear Amy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when unexpected transportation issues affect your travel plans. As indicated in our booking information, guests are required to arrive at the meeting point before the tour's scheduled departure time. To ensure a quality experience for all participants and to comply with the timed-entry requirements of Park Güell, our guides are unfortunately unable to delay the start of the tour or wait for late arrivals. We regret that your taxi journey caused a delay and that you were unable to join the tour. While we understand the circumstances were beyond your control, our team must follow the established departure policies for all guests. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to provide the best possible experience for our visitors. Kind regards,
If you want a private tour, this tour was amazing. Guell park was stunning. This definitely should be on your “must do” list and not to be miss.
We took a visit to Park Güell in Barcelona with Tour for Today. Olga was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and empathetic
Olga told us about Parc Guell with passion and great professionalism. We recommend Olga to other visitors to consider
Awesome tour with Isaac, great storyteller, with humor. History of park and city unraveled cleverly as you enjoy great pictures spots.
Great guide, very friendly, just enough information. Recommended.
We went on a very wet day and was greeted by Txell with a smile. As a trained architect she was excellently qualified to explain a little about Gaudi’s history and the development of Park Guell to today’s date. Txell was passionate, spoke from the heart, patient and happy. She helped make a miserable wet day seem like the sun was shining! 5 stars!
We went to the park today and he guided us and explained everything Alberto, we really loved listening and everything he told us helped us a lot to understand more than we knew. Really an excellent guide. Thanks Alberto!
While the guide was very good and we learned an awful lot about the park and Gaudi, it should be noted that there are a lot of steps ... up and down as well as some steep inclines. Travelers with any kind of mobility issue should be aware.
Hi Laura! I'm glad you've enjoyed your guided tour through the Park Guell. This is very helpful information for travelers with mobility concerns.
