It is one of the largest squares in Spain and one of the most important places in Barcelona, the Plaza de Catalunya, which has an area of 30,000 square meters.
We will go down one of the most beautiful and famous streets in the city, Las Ramblas, this street goes down through flower and souvenir stalls until we reach the old port of the city by the sea.
This fountain was one of the gateways to Barcelona when it was a walled city. Today it has a ceramic decoration that reflects an everyday scene from eighteenth-century Barcelona
We will pass under one of the most photographed elements of the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. We will know the secrets it hides and we can take pictures under it
This plaza is the current administrative and political center of the city. Here we find the town hall, and the Palau de la Generalitat. In Roman times, two great communication routes of the city crossed here: the Cardo and the Decumanus.
In the center of the Gothic Quarter, there is the Barcelona Cathedral. It was built on the foundations of the original early Christian basilica, and the later Romanesque Cathedral, and is Gothic in style.
