Barcelona Departure Cruise port to barcelona city

Spacious, comfortable vehicle arrived exactly on-time (and this was after I had to reschedule on the fly). Our driver was very helpful and delivered us safely through the usual traffic.

No snacks provided so eat before you board. The music was excellent, would have loved for it to have been longer.

The driver was reserved to meet us at the port. We were early and he was as well. He had our name on a tablet. Things couldn’t have gone more smoothly. He was very pleasant and his car was clean. Just great.

Excellent service. They met us at the cruise port in Barcelona on time and took us to the hotel.

We expected a black ford suv like the picture. Ended up with a taxi instead that was late arriving. Disappointed but did get us there safely.

It is not very often that you can have an issue yet still rate the company (TaxiBarcelonas) a 5! We arrived early and called the point of contact to let them know and they sent a car immediately. The car arrived quickly and the gentleman was super friendly and professional, helped us load our luggage and we started to go. As he called in to confirm pick up, it was realized they had crossed customers and we had gotten in the wrong car. We ended up returning where we got out, unloaded luggage, the driver was apologizing and the owner/boss called me to also apologize for the mix up and said he had our car rushing to us. Within minutes another car arrived to which we were met by another very friendly and professional driver who was also apologizing for the mix up. By the way, both cars were immaculately kept and all three members of the company we dealt with were nothing but very professional and apologetic for the mix up. We would not hesitate to use them again as their customer service was outstanding. Door to door professional service!

On 9/30 I was suppose to have a half of day for a guided tour thru Barcelona 1519853231 At 630am on the 30th I received an email saying operator canceled. I was in the middle of packing up my clothes to get off of our cruise ship by 9am. I called Viator lady all she could offer was a ride from port to hotel. I booked for $106. What Viator did was call a cab that 6 people and luggage was stuffed in. I later found out that the cab ride if I had just hailed a ride for 6 would have been less than $60. Obviously Viator by canceling my guided tour ruined the one of the 3 days scheduled in Barcelona and cost us precious time the other days as we were hoping the first day guided tour would give us ideas on what to see our other days. Obviously I think it’s very poor customer service to notify some one of a tour cancelation 21/2hr before the tour as you had charged my account for the tour the day before. Then offer a cab for a $106 when was grossly overcharged. I will not be using Viator again and notify my travel agent of your poor customer. Dave Waggoner

Highly recommended! It was easy to locate the driver after disembarking and I was promptly brought to my destination.

Our driver was prompt and on time, safe driving and clean car. Arrived at the airport early that gave us more time to shop around.
