Airport Pickup Information: Once you exit the arrivals area, please proceed to the meeting point in front of COMO Restaurant & Cafe (for Terminal 1 arriving flights only). If you are arriving at Terminal 2, please look for the driver waiting inside the arrivals hall with the car driving company sign and your name card for easy identification. We kindly request you to stay online at the time of pickup so you can easily receive the driver’s messages and ensure smooth communication.

For 3 or more passengers, we upgrade you to a minivan (Ford Tourned/Mercedes Vito/Mercedes V-class/ Volkswagen Caddy). Tip: If you are a solo or double traveler but would like the extra space of a minivan, we highly recommend booking for 3 or 4 passengers so our system can automatically allocate the larger vehicle for you.

Go out right exit from security after arriving at the airport. Your driver will will be in middle of waiting area. He/she will have iPad with your name on it!

Not great. My flight changed last minute due to circumstances I couldn’t control. I messaged service provider 1136 pm US time, around 7 am BCN time. My flight wasn’t supposed to come in until 1300 BCN time. I realize it’s the same day but 6 hours is enough time to tell the driver not to come. Anyway, I was told by the company that I need to rebook because their driver waited for me. I went with another company.
Please accept our sincere apologies. We misread your flight update message and sent our driver on August 6th instead of Friday, August 7th. Because the driver went to the airport, we initially denied your refund before realizing our oversight. We completely understand that you had to book alternative transport. Unbeknownst to us there was a strike at the Barcelona at the airport. Our flight was delayed taking off as well as when we arrived since there was no one to man the stairs from the plane or luggage. We were close to two hours late and our driver was there waiting for us. After over 24 hours of travel we were so grateful he was there to pick us up!

not really worth the €50 it cost, compared to the €32 for a standard taxi. Driver took several attempts to make clear where we were to meet. He was friendly but the car was scruffy, footmarks all over the back of the seats and no sign of any promised bottles of water. Ok, but no value for money
