Our plane was delayed and they were so flexible in picking us up at the airport. The driver was so nice and helpful!
Very convenient, driver proactively reached out by WhatsApp when we arrived at the airport. He waited patiently as we suffered through the chaotic immigration process, and dropped at us our hotel quickly while providing some commentary on the city and spoke great English. Using this service demonstrated that a similar transfer service can be booked cheaper by going directly through the taxi service (which we did for our subsequent transfer), but for coming off the plane and not being familiar with the area, this was a great known good option.
The communication was excellent. Our driver met us at the agreed upon spot and took us to the car. The driver was friendly and professional.

Overall good. We got delayed at customs. Our driver called, let him know about the situation and advised me to text him when we’re all ready. He came and meet us at a meeting spot. That was nice.

I can’t comment on the experience because I never got it….no instructions were provided prior to arriving at the airport in Barcelona. I didn’t know what to look for or where to go. Looked around the area with people holding signs and didn’t see my name. Ended up taking a taxi. 20 minutes into my cab ride my driver texted me asking where I was. Very poor communication.
Barcelona airport is confusing; however, our driver took time to find (not an easy task) and get us to the front door of our hotel. He also texted us as soon as he knew we had landed, which was very comforting.
