The restaurant I was trying to use for lunch and dinner at the time of booking was suddenly unavailable and I couldn't change my itinerary, so I ate it separately at my own expense. There are many cafes and few restaurants. Wat Phra Kaew was one of the itinerary, but I couldn't find anyone to understand this one pass even when I went to the place where I bought the ticket, so I wandered around for more than 30 minutes and eventually had to give up. I think tourists should be taught more about how to use it if it's for them. I also want you to make a Japanese translation.
Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced regarding the restaurant availability and the difficulty in using the pass at Wat Phra Kaew. We understand how frustrating it must have been to adjust your plans unexpectedly and to navigate the ticketing process without clear guidance. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will work on improving communication about how to use the pass, ensuring that relevant staff are well-informed. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding Japanese translations and will consider it for future improvements. Once again, we apologize for the challenges you encountered, and we truly appreciate your input. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. TAGTHAi Team
TagThai Bangkok City Pass was such a good find for exploring Bangkok. It’s super flexible because I could just go wherever I wanted. I got to mix things up hit a few temples, try some authentic street food, and even squeeze in a boat ride all in one day! All I had to do was show my QR code at each spot that made everything quick and easy.

This pass was super awesome! We got to do so much more and see all the cool places like the Skywalk. We found the best restaurants and even got massages! Just scan a code on our phone and we’re ready to go! The coolest thing was we could do whatever we wanted and whenever we wanted. But for massages, it’s better to book a time first. We totally recommend this TagThai pass to anyone going to Bangkok. It’s super cool and makes everything so much easier!

I used the TAGTHAI Bangkok pass and had a fantastic experience! The pass was a great value. I loved how convenient it was to use and the variety of activities and restaurants included. I went : 1. The Mahanakhon Skywalk was a highlight, with breathtaking views of the city. 2. Massage 3. Chao Phraya river tour 4. FOOD !! My only suggestion would be to plan ahead and book popular attractions in advance, so you can maximize the pass. Do consider following the recommended route in the app to make the most of your day. Overall, I highly recommend the TAGTHAI Bangkok pass to anyone looking to explore this amazing city!

We bought 3 TagThai Bangkok one day passes just because the King Power Mahanakhon was part of the package. We spent 4470 Thai Baht on the passes. On reaching the KPM, we were told that since it is the festive period (Christmas) they have stopped tie-up with partners so our Tag Thai passes were of no use there. We had to buy tickets there for 2700 THB just to see something that should have already been paid for. The massages had only two slots that didn’t allow us to book for even though the massage centres had open slots. Restaurants are so far apart that it is not easy to get to especially when you are a tourist and you don’t have a fixed itinerary and it is not easy to get to far flung places. The only thing we could do with the pass was the Hop on Hop off boat on the Chao Phraya River which we could have bought at the piers for a few hundred THB. These places aren’t that crowded that you need to prebook. You can also book on reaching the venue. Tickets will be cheaper at the venue. It is a waste of money. Beware!
We went to Somtam nua restaurant. The food was delicious, but the menu design was illogical. Since one person had two main dishes and two drinks, it was impossible to finish it. We also went to experience two 90-minute Thai massages. I feel comfortable both physically and mentally. The beautiful scenery on the Skywalk is well worth the trip.
Great day pass option in Bangkok. You can do everything on the list in one day. We had to book by WhatsApp the city tour of Tuk Tuk and the massage, the rest was just to come and show the QR code. Recommended!
A bit disappointed with Tuk Tuk as it needed to be booked one day in advance and I did not manage to book despite calling several times (no agent available). However, if you are able to book the 2-3 activities, it is well worth the price especially must book the skywalk, one massage and go to one of restaurant.
We had an amazing time in Bangkok using the city day pass! This was not our first time in Bangkok, but there was still so much we hadn't done and we thought it would be fun to see how much we could do in one day using the TAGTHAi pass. We managed to fit in a tuk tuk tour, a boat ride, the skywalk, three delicious meals and sunset drinks at a rooftop bar! And we didn't even start the day until 10 am! The Mahanakon Sky Walk is an absolute must and the meal at the Seafood Cafe & Restaurant in Chinatown was one of the best we've had in Thailand. Those two things alone were worth the pass price.
