Pickup Locations & Times
A Sign-Board with customer's name will be displayed on a Railing in the Arrivals Hall between Gate #3 & Gate #4. Having collected luggage and cleared Customs, incoming visitors having booked this transfer service are requested to immediately make their way to this location. Here they will meet their Representative who will escort them to the vehicle. (Presentation of the Booking Confirmation and Photo I.D. is required in exchange for this Activity. Drivers wait a maximum of 1.5 hours after flight arrival.) Our Representatives and Drivers will be waiting at the airport according to the Flight Number, and Date, received in the Booking. Flight delays do occasionally happen, so they are constantly checking for any delays, or time changes, to ensure our valued customers are met at the designated locations accordingly. It is important to note that if the Flight Number or Date is changed that it is the passenger's responsibility to inform us of the new details. (We are not provided with Flight Passenger Manifests by any airline to check if a person is on board or not.) Hotels - We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for your departure to Bangkok Airport

The only way to arrive in Bangkok! After a long flight, the last thing you want is to navigate the taxi queue chaos. Our local driver was waiting exactly where the instructions said with a clear name sign. The car was a high-end, spotlessly clean sedan with ice-cold AC—a lifesaver in the Bangkok heat. The driver was professional, navigated the traffic perfectly, and got us to our hotel door in record time. Worth every penny for the peace of mind!

I waited over an hour for my transfer and when they finally came, he didn’t have my name. It was a disaster.

Its your responsibility to tell us that your flight number changed but you did not and we had to arrange a new car for you on the spot. They were very accommodating and made sure that I got picked up even when I got lost. Customer service number worked even when it was after midnight.

When we arrived in Bangkok at 1:00am the Viatour representative was waiting for us. The instructions given to us before traveling, we’re very clear. Its a good experience from Bankok airport and the driver is very kind and helpful. He kept us company and make sure that we dont get hot and bored as we had to make a write a report as we missed one luggage. The guide who met us was so helpful translating with Thai Airways staff.
