The service helps travelers move through the arrival process with clearer guidance and less stress, especially after a long international flight. This is an airport assistance service only. Transportation, lounge access, and visa services are not included unless clearly selected as an add-on.

Upon landing at the International Airport, meet your friendly representative and head to a fast track line through immigration. Receive assistance with your checked bags and smoothly pass through a separate fast track customs line before being escorted to your ground transportation. Start your vacation immediately, skipping long lines and immigration hassles with this VIP service for arrival and departure. We offer two options for arrival service: VIP Service: Meet at the airbridge in front of the plane, or at the arrival hall if you arrive by bus gate. Standard Service: You need to walk to the meeting point in front of gate D5, opposite the Immigration Area.

- Limit of 2 luggages per passenger for porter service. The over number of luggage (size over than 56x36x23 cm) is charged at THB 100 per luggage.
- The passenger who need to apply for Visa on Arrival and Report of Yellow Fever with Health Control will need to pay extra for addtional service 500Bht per person if we found that you have to apply this service and cannot collect the payment then this will be failure of the service with no refund
- If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.
- VIP Fasttrack: Meet at airbridge front of plane
- The passport holder of Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia is not permitted to use this service. If you booked please note that no refund will be made
- This service must be booked at least 24 hours before the actual scheduled flight time.
- The flight number, date, and time must match the real flight. Selecting a later service time to pass the booking cut-off is not permitted.
- Changes are valid only after written confirmation from our team. Incorrect or unconfirmed flight details may result in no service and no refund.
- Additional service charge of THB 1000 per dog, excluding tax

We booked it because we werent sure if we can make it through immigration. but in the transit immigration there was no one waiting. i guess we are lucky but i'm glas that we booked it anyways :) The guy waiting and escorting us was a really nice experience :) thank you
Best money spent. The plane arrived 30 minutes early and the staff member was waiting for us. We saw the huge Queues others were standing in and we breezed past all that waiting.

Maybe it was a mix up but no one there at the arrival gate to pick me up and transfer to next flight so disappointed
We were met straight off the plane, walked to the separate immigration section for fast track, straight through no queuing. Had to wait for bags to arrive though so didn’t really save us time but we didn’t queue in immigration. People were filtering through from immigration before the bags arrived so it’s a gamble to use the service or not. On this occasion I don’t think it was worth it but has there been a massive queue then it would of so as I say it’s a gamble. No problems with the service itself but I do think it’s very costly for what it is.

The service basically walked us from the plane and to the immigration at Bangkok airways. No fast track or vip. Rather a waste of money for this trip.i Am afraid
