Got picked up at Bangkok airport. It was a very nice car and nice driver, just 0 english so no communication. This was fine really until we got to the Pier before getting on the boat to Koh Chang. He got the ladies at the Pier to explain that the transport ends there. The transfer is not to your hotel. We had to pay an extra 860baht for ferry and taxi on the other side. No response either from organiser. We just booked our transfer back through the people at the pier. Not sure if they are available online but probably worth just reaching out to your hotel to organise the transport.
