Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup is available from most hotels, villas, Airbnbs, and cruise ports in the Montego Bay area and surrounding regions. Please provide your exact pickup location at the time of booking to ensure a smooth experience. For hotel pickups, please wait in the main lobby at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. For cruise ship passengers, your driver will meet you at the port entrance holding a sign with your name. Pickup times may vary depending on your location and will be confirmed after booking. Please ensure your phone is on and reachable on the day of your tour. If your location is outside the standard pickup zone, additional transportation fees may apply. Customers need to bring- Driver's License, Water shoes, Towel, Change of Clothes, Cash, Sunscreen.

I would never recommend fresh as a driver he was extremely rude and disrespectful I’ll rather walk than ever give him money

Fresh Look Tours did NOT disappoint! We did the Bamboo Rafting, ATV, Horseback Ride & Zipline combo in Montego Bay and it was one of the best days of the whole trip. Our driver Fresh was the real highlight — from pick up to drop off he was attentive and made the whole experience feel seamless and fun. My girls and I had an absolute blast! Honestly got way more bang for our buck booking through Fresh directly than we would have purchasing a ticket online so I highly recommend going that route Would recommend booking through him 10 out of 10 times. Honestly a 10/10 experience- this excursion is a non-negotiable if you’re in Jamaica!
