Only local hosts, driving 7 seater 4wd, full A/C, vehicles ,will allow you to relish the 18km (12 miles) rough road route from Kaliviani village to Balos parking lot, which buses or minibuses can’t offer. We don't hike up to Balos beach but just up to our favorite view point to enjoy the view of Balos from high above and take memorable photos of this magnificent view. Last stop the Falassarna beach. A 3 hours relaxing stop, where you can enjoy the bright sun on one of the longest sandy beaches on Crete, swim in the crystal clear waters and sunbathe on the reserved - just for you - sunbeds really comfortable with pillows, at the 1st row of the umbrella's. The restaurant and the beach bar is carefully selected and reach our company's specifications. Visit 2 of the most famous beaches in the world in the Kissamos area , Balos Lagoon and Falassarna beach and have an enjoyable day on a really well planned and organized tour. Our local experienced hosts will make your journey an unforgettable experience.
Our comfortable, A/C, 4wd vehicles will allow you to relish the 18km (12 miles) rough road route from Kaliviani village to Balos parking lot, which buses or minibuses can’t offer. You maybe wondering why to swim at Falassarna and not at Balos! At Balos there are not conveniences according to our standards and Falassarna beach is where the locals like to swim! Trust our plan and enjoy your day.

- The umbrellas are behind the cabanas'. If you would like to upgrade your seats you can do it on date with an extra cost and payment directly to our partners.

Excellent day tour to the beach with a stop off at Balos view point. The guide was great and kept us entertained throughout. There were only 2 couples on the small tour and this a huge olus. The beach was great!!!

Fantastic tour! Yiannis was an excellent guide! We all learned so much from him about Crete. There is no way we would try to drive up to the lookout without an experienced driver. Falassarna was a wonderful beach experience - easy to see why it’s one of the best beaches in the world.

Our guide for the day was excellent. He gave us local history, shared the local culture and told us lots interesting information during our trip. Our guide Nickolas was amazing and we had a great time. We learned so much about Cretan culture, Falassarna beach was stunning, the food was great and everything ran efficiently the whole day. We were lucky to have a private trip. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. It’s a quick visit to an overlook of Balos followed by lunch and beach time on a less occupied beach. I only gave 3 stars because the drive to the overlook was terrifying as well as the drive out of town. A bit expensive for the trip. A good day besides the drive.
We can't change the terrain and we can't manage the car traffic. We can manage all the other services as we did. What is terrify for you, it's not for the 99.9% of the other people who visit Balos.To rate the tour 3/5 stars because of the traffic and the rough road to Balos it's not fair for our services. There is only one road to Balos and we describe that is a rough road of 12 miles. You have to recognize that you booked a wrong tour because of your phobias. We didn't do something wrong as you mentioned on your review. We offered the tour as we describe it.

Nasos was incredibly friendly, warm, and always willing to help us with anything we needed. Through our conversations with him, we gained a much deeper understanding of local Greek culture and learned a lot about the geography. Everything on the itinerary was perfectly arranged. This is a great day out for the family. Nikolas promptly picked us up at the hotel and took us to Balos viewpoint. He gave us so much information about Greek culture, Crete and the area. He had the day very organized and there was water in the jeep for us. He explained our itinerary so we knew exactly what to expect. We were so glad we were not driving ourselves because the road was very bumby and not paved! The goats up at the viewpoint are fun to feed and the view is absolutely spectacular! Once we got our pictures we heaed to Falassarna Beach. It was stunni g too! It is so beautful and relaxing at this beach. We were very happy to spend our time here. Lunch was also delicious! I highly recommend this tour and company. They were absolutely wonderful and so welcomimg. Thank you for a memorable day!
