Itinerary
We will start at the meeting point and then head to the balloonport and start our exciting balloon adventure.
- We start with a coffee and biscuit area to make waiting before the balloon flight more pleasant. - We start with the balloon flight, where we will be in the air approximately 45 minutes. - Upon landing, we will toast the shared experience at heights.
We head to Restaurant Xibalbá (Natural Cave), an underground cavern unique in the world, where we will enjoy an authentic breakfast with Mexican dishes.
Explore the fascinating silver and obsidian workshop, learn about maguey and its importance, and enjoy an exclusive tasting of artisan spirits and precious stones.
After the flight, you will have 1 hour of free time to visit the archaeological area of Teotihuacan and explore at your own pace the majesty of the Pyramids of the Sun and Moon. Important: Entrance to the archaeological zone is NOT included in this experience. The access ticket costs $210 MXN per person, which is purchased directly at the ticket office on the day of the visit.
We finish the tour with your transfer back to your accommodation.

Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup is included from most hotels located in the Historic Center, Countess, North/South Rome, Polanco, Reforma. Please be ready in your accommodation lobby at least 10 minutes before the confirmed time. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email or WhatsApp the day before the tour (between 18:00 and 21:00). If your accommodation is outside the pick-up area, we will indicate a nearby meeting point. (Angel of Independence)

The flight itself and the pilot were the only amazing thing from this booking, the problem lies, and everything else. For one, we would assume that any pictures taken of us prior to flight would be included however they wait until the very end to show you, your pictures. They initially tried to sell me my pictures for 1000 pesos however, I told him that I only had two pictures and the video didn’t even fully include me in it. I told the lady I was fine and she dropped the price to 500 pesos, it just seems all like a scam. Another issue was that the main tour organizer did not take us to the restaurant that is explicitly mentioned in the booking, he took us to a random buffet, where the food was not even good and left many of us with an upset stomach. Doing this most likely saved them money from our booking, and allowed them to pocket the rest. Me and my group wanted to still do the cave restaurant, but he was trying to give us many reason why we shouldn’t go there and he promised us that he would still take us to a cave to take pictures which he evidently did not. It is very unfortunate because we paid so much money for this booking and I feel like we got scammed. They then took us, to learn about minerals and about tequila in which we did get tequila shots, however after he asked if we really truly wanted to go see the pyramids and if we did not want to go, he would take us back, I just feel like he was pushing for us to do what he wanna do or what his itinerary was, which is very unfortunate because it did not follow the itinerary that it said it would follow. Would not do again.
Fun! Had a really enjoyable experience
The team was amazing! Truly worth the price. Pick up was smooth. Pilot for the balloon was amazing, with a direct path over the pyramid. We felt very safe and taken care of. Everyone is so welcoming and nice.
