This was an amazing service. We were a group of 9 people and stayed in Ubud and Nusa Dua for a total of 10 days. We had the private mini van and the guide with us throughout, right from picking us at the airport. It made travelling within Bali so much easier.

The trip to the Bali swing and zip line and rice terraces was absolutely amazing. Be prepared to walk a lot. After the activity Juli was nice enough to take us shopping and lunch. Do not trust what you are told at the counter but always check the contract. It was our fault for not doing so and trusting the operator who told us that the car had a full tank and should be returned that way. As soon as we picked it up, we saw that the tank was not full, but being honest people, we returned it with a full tank. Well done, SRC, for respecting the contract and disregarding the customers without acknowledging the negligence of the operator who gave us incorrect information, thus no refund for the fuel we put in. Definitely never again with SRC.
