Bali Hai - Aristocat Sailing Cruise

We had a fantastic day on the Ultimate Lembongan Day Cruise and would highly recommend it to other families visiting Bali. We were travelling as a family of four with children aged 10 and 12, and it was probably one of the highlights of our trip. The organisation was excellent from start to finish, with smooth hotel transfers, a comfortable boat ride, and friendly staff throughout the day. The variety of activities was a real strength. Between the snorkelling, banana boat rides, pontoon activities, beach club access and simply enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Nusa Lembongan, there was always something to do without ever feeling rushed or over-scheduled. The kids were entertained all day, which is no small achievement. We were also impressed with how well the team handled our dietary requirements, which included vegetarian, gluten-free and nut allergy considerations. Staff were helpful and accommodating, which gave us confidence and made the day much more relaxing. The facilities were clean and well maintained, the lunch was enjoyable, and the scenery around Lembongan was stunning. The boat itself was comfortable, and the crossing was smooth in both directions. If you’re staying in Nusa Dua and looking for a family-friendly excursion that combines adventure, relaxation and a taste of island life, this is an easy recommendation. We came away with great memories and would happily do it again on a future visit. 5/5.

Our experience with the Bali Hai Aristocat Evening Cruise was absolutely exceptional. I was celebrating my birthday there, and honestly, everything felt perfect from beginning to end. The food was on the level of a Michelin-style fine dining restaurant — a beautifully balanced five-course menu, every dish thoughtfully prepared and presented. You could really feel the attention to detail. The live musicians were incredible as well. They played and sang requested songs beautifully and created such a warm, elegant atmosphere throughout the evening. It never felt cheesy or forced — just genuinely magical. What impressed me the most was the staff. The entire team took care of guests with the professionalism and kindness you would expect in a truly luxury restaurant. Friendly, attentive, natural, and always with a smile. The atmosphere on the boat was romantic, relaxed, and unforgettable. I left genuinely overwhelmed in the best possible way. One of the most beautiful birthday evenings I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

This is our fourth trip with Bali Hai cruises on the Aristocat. This company does an exceptional job and they are extremely professional. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. We ‘sailed’ to the pontoon for snorkeling, banana boat rides, water slides and other aquatic activities. Then we were taken to the Bali Hai Club at Mushroom Bay on Lembongan Island, where we had a beautiful lunch, a couple of hours relaxing in the pool and a gentle sail back to Bali (and hotel transfers) concluded a wonderful day.

I went on a company trip. We had a relaxing boat ride to a bigger boat with slides, diving board, and snorkeling. We then stopped at a private beach club for lunch and laying out. Very fun!!
