Great tour and highly impressed with the friendly behaviour and knowledge of tour guide Gani.
Tour guide canceled said due to weather there was no weather. It was my last night and only opportunity I had to see Baku and I was robbed of that.
We are truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the experience. Please kindly note that we informed you more than one hour in advance that the tour could not be operated due to foggy weather conditions, which affected visibility and safety. After that we have issued the full refund to you. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to have opportunity to welcome you again in the future under better conditions. Best Regards, Baku Heritage Tours Team
Minimal information provided regarding the history or the sites. Guide wore black and had no way to distinguish himself from rest of participants
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the information provided did not meet your expectations and that the guide was difficult to identify. We will address this to ensure clearer guidance and better communication on future tours.
"Baku Night Tour" was disappointing. This tour definitely didn't meet the expectations. While we did visit some beautiful places - 4 stops in total - the experience was overshadowed by our guide's lack of knowledge. (I think her name was Arzu). She provided only minimal information at each site, and when asked questions, she didn't know the answers and had to look them up on her phone - something I could've done myself. On the way to the scheduled stops, we passed by many stunning buildings and landmarks, yet she didn't mention any of them. It felt like a missed opportunity to learn more about the area. Additionally, we were promised a hotel drop-off at the end of the tour, but that never happened. Instead, we had to walk to the office to make a payment and then find our own way back to the hotel. Overall, the tour felt unprofessional and poorly organized.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. We take all comments seriously and continuously work to improve the quality of our guides and services. Your experience is important to us, and we will address these issues internally to ensure better organization and communication in the future. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
I am glad I took the night tour. My friend and I got to see Baku at night. The lights were beautiful and bright! Sadly, the Flame Tower did not light up the night we took this tour (31 March 2025)--it was what we wanted to see the most. Our guide was patient too--waited for us at the pick up place (we were caught in the jam), and also waited for us to take photos at every beautiful spot that we see.
Dear Guest, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the night tour and were able to experience the beauty of Baku by night. We truly apologize that the Flame Tower wasn't lit up on the evening of your tour, but we appreciate your understanding. It’s great to know that our guide was able to ensure you had enough time to capture those beautiful moments. We hope to welcome you back soon for more memorable experiences in Baku! Best regards, Baku Heritage Tours
