- Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
- 8.00 – 8.30AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.30AM to get on the bus.

We were a family of 4 plus a couple who booked three cabins on the signature cruise. The highlight was the staff! Truly friendly, attentive and engaging people, each contributed to a great experience. The food was tasty and plentiful and the amenities were comfortable and relaxing. This was just the trip we needed after the bustle of Hanoi. Highly recommend.
