- Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
- 8.00 – 8.30AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.30AM to get on the bus.

Overall the experience onboard was satisfactory. The room was spacious and clean enough and the staff were all friendly!
We’ve loved the trip to the floating village in the bay very much. It is really interesting to see what life in the ocean, with a floating school, floating gift shop, houses... You can do the bamboo boat or kayaking trip around this villages which was very nice!
You will not be disappointed. There so many wonderful Islands & islets! Sampan boat around the floating villages was informative. Services & staff onboard were perfect & the guides are very knowledgeable. Don't miss it!
