Not worth the money! Tour of San Juan was short, we made two stops and then were driven to the bacardi factory where we waited for our tour for over an hour. We would’ve preferred to just do the Bacardi tour as the San Juan tour was a waste of time
We learned so much, had an amazing time, and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!knowledgeable about the rich history of Old San Juan and shared fascinating stories and facts that really brought the city to life. His passion for Puerto Rico and its history made the tour both educational and engaging. He also went above and beyond for our group by making a special stop to pick up our fifth passenger at a different location after they had trouble finding parking, despite a passing rain shower. That extra effort showed how much he genuinely cares about his guests and wants everyone to have the best possible experience. Our visit to the Bacardí Distillery was another highlight of the day. Harry’s knowledge of the distillery and its history added so much to the experience, making it more than just a tour—it was a chance to truly appreciate an important part of Puerto Rico’s culture and heritage. Thank you, Harry, for an outstanding day! Your professionalism, kindness, and knowledge made this one of the highlights of our trip. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!
The Bacardi tour is really good. We did the standard tour which was about $40 for a 90 minute tour. Not too bad. You start with check-in and they give you drink token that you can use before or after your tour. The tour starts outside so be aware. Out tour guide was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions. We went first thing in the morning and had a half full tour which was great because we got to really take in the exhibits and interact with them. We had another group go later it the day and loved the DJ that was in the check-in area. Overall I would recommend this tour while in San Juan.
The tour was very short. We did not see the whole operation of the distillery. We went into one room where they showed us the steps of making rum. We then went into another room where they demonstrated the different kinds of rum and gave everyone a shot. There was a cash bar if you wanted a cocktail.
Touring Old San Juan was very interesting and our guide was great! We loved learning about the history of Puerto Rico. The BACARDÍ tasting and tour was top notch! I would definitely book this excursion again.
The tour was fantastic! Our tour guide, Alejandra, and was funny and sweet! Perfect for an afternoon excursion! Wish the old San Juan tour could have been longer!
The tour was very informative . Our host Henry was very helpful, friendly and prompt
You'll have a great time at Casa Bacardi! Alejandra was amazing--funny, energetic and super knowledgeable. The Old San Juan tour was informative and intriguing.
This is one of my favorite tours, our guide gave us information on the culture and provided us with some background of the people. I would definitely take this tour again if in San Juan!
The grounds and murals on the buildings are beautiful. You have to see, hear and smell the rich history of Bacardi.
