There's three things you must do when visiting Australia: Meet the native animals, learn to throw a boomerang and enjoy an authentic Australian BBQ. Yes it includes shrimp ;) We will literally "throw shrimp on the barbie". Vegetarian + vegan options available - no worries mate! Perfect for families, friends, solo travellers. We're driving to The 'Australian Reptile Park.' Where you'll meet Koalas, Kangaroos and more! Included is an ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT BBQ lunch, with accompanying Australian wine (and cheese platter). With a little boomerang lesson at the end! If you're a private group of 4 or more - please email straight through! We can look at private group discounts ;) P.S. Australia lost 30% of it’s koalas in bushfires. Koalas could be functionally extinct by the year 2050. This Experience donates $2 per day, every day, ALL YEAR to Aussie Ark. Look them up online. Your booking will help breed koalas.

This was everything we hoped for and so much more! Sean really knows the area and is so knowledgeable! Sean is a genuinely nice person and accommodated our eating needs (the bbq was delicious and plentiful). He even showed us how to throw a boomerang!🪃 While visiting the Australian Reptile Park, he introduced us to koalas, kangaroos and other reptiles, then gave us ample time to explore on our own. He took lots of photos and airdropped them to us at the end of the day. We will be back in the Sydney area and will definitely make plans to explore more with Sean!
Great time! Time spent with the animals, Kangaroos, Koalas, etc was perfect not rushed. Photos were great, guides took and shared them. Food spread was outstanding!

To be the quintessential Australian experience, while keeping things authentic, donating to an animal charity, getting intimate with a koala and kangaroos, throwing boomerangs, avoiding clichés, and cooking a massive all-you-can-eat lunch... that is always our goal! I've been on many different tours with Tripadvisor, Viator, Airbnb, etc. but this has by far been the best one I've gone on. Sean is truly one of a kind. It is immediately clear upon meeting him that he is passionate about what he is talking about and wants to ensure each and every person gets the most out of their day. He was full of useful and interesting information and more importantly, he is an amazing cook. I can't remember this tour enough! When I come back to Australia, I will definitely be attending any and every tour he offers!

Sean: * sent personalized messages & updates before meeting, * shared useful/detailed information about the Park and animals throughout the day, * respected everyone's privacy by not insisting on group messages/group photo [Sean provided each of us with photos & videos of ourselves with the animals + allowed use of his hotspot to download them on our devices], * brought/prepared an amazing variety of food along with wine to suit individual preferences (Sean checked with us beforehand), and * ensured everyone felt seen/included by prompting individual and group conversations [there were 6 of us and he mentioned capping numbers at 9/10]
Sharon you were an absolute delight to meet. I've never met anyone to caring and attentive. So engaged and friendly. Your very presence brought the atmosphere into such a vibe for everyone to open up and share stories about their lives :) Thank you for mentioning that the groups a small. Maximum 10, but usually less than that. I think intimate and educational are the main things I want on this Experience. This was an absolutely perfect activity! The small group size was nice and made us feel extra special. We learned so much about the animals and they also provided fantastic pictures of our adventure including our time with Albert the koala and kangaroos. An added bonus was incredible food and wine. I highly recommend this tour!

Absolutely recommend! Our family with kids ages 7, 10, 13 all loved this. Sean was an amazing host and the lunch was gourmet. We got to pet koalas and kangaroos, which may be the highlight of our time in Australia. Wonderful experience!!

Best day in Sydney! Sean and Celine are fun, knowledgeable guides that made our experience at the Reptile Park unforgettable! Don’t let the name Retile Park mislead you. Yes, there are reptiles there but for me the best part was feeding, petting and photos with the kangaroos, emus and koalas. They are gentle and well taken care of. We also enjoyed the most amazing lunch that was prepared by Sean and Celine. What incredible hosts! I can’t recommend this trip highly enough!

Home to over 25 koalas, 15 kangaroos, dingoes, wallabies, wild rainbow lorikeets, galapagos tortoises and (yes) the scary snakes and lizards - but they're optional! Lol You had great fortune with the Emus too! They were only just let out recently (in the last year) to blend and mingle with the public. Such a cool addition to the park! I'm so glad you enjoyed the lunch and very humbled by all your compliments. Celine and I had a great day hosting you and the group! Wish we could do your group again, every single day <3
Sean and Celine were the best. So friendly and made the day the best we had. They picked us up at the hotel. Provided a lot of information about Sydney and Australia in general. The bbq they made with gourmet burgers,shrimp, salmon, and sweet potato fries was fantastic. They arranged to see the kangaroos, Tasmanian devil, koalas, etc. so much fun. He took so many pictures of us and for us. We can’t say enough on how great they are. They were fantastic.

The gourmet BBQ has evolved over time... in my opinion it gets better and better every year!
