8:00 - 8:30 AM: Car and tour guide welcome guests at the hotel 9:00 AM: Arrive in Ba Na, start the journey to the mountain by cable car. Visit the Le Jardin, old wineries (excluded expenses)- remains of French Villas and Linh Ung pagoda with 27m high Buddha statue. Leave Le Jardin for Gare Debay, the second cable car station, to go to the top of Ba Na. Continue to visit the Golden Bridge: The Golden Bridge of Ba Na Hills is extremely impressively designed, drawing an enchanting road in the middle of the sky. 11:30 AM: Have lunch buffet at Restaurant with more than 100 dishes. 1:15 PM: Visit French Village, it is like Europe in the heart of Da Nang. 1:30 PM: Guests will also visit the Temple of Linh Chua Linh Tu. Join in the fun games at Fantasy Park such as Free Fall Tower, 360 degree swing, touching, house ghost .... 3:00 PM: You take the cable car down the mountain, say goodbye Ba Na Hills. 5:00- 5:30 PM: Car and tour guide take you back to the hotel.

Excellent experience. The private tour Guide (Sarah) was at the Hotel Lobby ahead of time for pickup. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about Vietnam and gave us a good glimpse of the historical connections. She also understood our asks and let the tour go at our own pace which made it a very pleasant experience. Bana hills can be very crowded and Sarah gave us the good advise of going for Wow VIP tcikets that easily saved us about 2 hours of wait time. Highly recommended on a crowded day. The Golden Bridge itself was crowded but we got good views. Later in the day the crowd eased up allowing us to revisit. Bana hills is full of restaurants and other F&B options the Coconut water can be a real refresher on a hot day. We had a good buffet option as part of the package. The french Village and the Spiritual section are very scenic and colorful. Special thanks to Than Xuan in going beyond the Bana Hills tour and helping out for the Vietnam trip.

Amazing day made even more perfect by our English speaking tour guide Mia who was friendly, knowledgeable and always on hand to take photos of the two of us (rather than the usual selfies!) She was just brilliant! Ba Na Hills is a fantastic experience from start to finish especially the cable car ride, Golden Bridge and the French Village. We were lucky enough to have clear, warm weather but would recommend taking a jacket as it can get quite chilly and damp when the mist blows in. 10/10 Experience.

We had a great time with Sarah, Mai Cao as our guide. She knew so much and her English proficiency also made it easier to communicate. I felt like she really took care of us even though Ba Na Hills was very foggy and cold, we made the most of our stay there. She joined us on the 5D ride, she joined us for coffee and beer, she had lunch with us. It felt like hanging with a good friend. She was also able to answer all my questions and more. I highly recommend booking a private tour with this company and try to ask for Sarah or Mai Cao if you can put in a request for an amazing and comfortable experience.

Our tour guide was 30 minutes late to pick us up from port, we paid a extra $120 dollars to get picked up at Chan MA port

However, at your request, the pick-up location was changed to Chan May Port in Hue, and the additional USD 120 was the surcharge for this long-distance transfer from Hue, not for the delay. Regarding the late pick-up, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Chan May Port is a very large port, and unfortunately, our tour guide needed extra time to locate you at the correct meeting point. A nice half-day tour. Our guide Minh was very nice and gave us many impressions and information. We didn't need the fast track pass because we arrived later. Is already very crowded on Sunday, but worth seeing. The 5D cinema is really well done, the buffet food is also a highlight. You can try some things here.
