Visited Ba Be Lake at the end of January during the Tet Holidays 2023. Jack was quick in understanding all our requirements and suggesting activities that we could do during our 2 day stay. On the actual travel date, Jack arrived earlier than expected to our place of stay for pickup. Driver Son with his superb driving skills and guide Lilly were excellent in explaining everything throughout our journey during the 2 days. We climbed up and into Hua Ma Cave, stayed at an excellent homestay with a very warm and welcoming family who cooked us vegetarian food, went on the scenic Ba Be Lake cruise, visited Dau Dang waterfall and also walked through a local village. Overall the experience is definitely worth the effort of travelling 300 kms one-way. I would definitely use the services of Conical Travels during my future visits to this beautiful country. P.S - If you're travelling from India, you can skip the village walk since the experience is more raw in India itself.
