Damien was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and entertaining. Even though we had already taken a walking tour of Miami Beach, we learned lots of new information on this tour.
Miami Beach loves an attentive audience. Thanks for giving the past a proper standing ovation.
On this tour you get a lot of historical knowledge in a casual and exciting way, our tour guide Damian has an incredibly great knowledge that he can impart great. Great!
I appreciate you taking the time to write this. It means a lot to hear that you enjoyed it.
I’ve had the good fortune of taking Damian’s walking tours several times, and was excited to share his depth of knowledge and passion with my out-of-town guests. When the walking tour didn’t fit their schedules, we opted for the bike tour instead — and wow, what a treat. I discovered new corners of South Beach and covered far more ground than I ever could have on foot. As always, Damian’s expertise, enthusiasm, and storytelling absolutely wowed my guests. As a resident, I join his tours whenever friends visit, and I learn something new every single time. It’s clear he does extensive research and cares deeply about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Your feedback really made my day. Thanks for being part of the experience.
Whenever we travel, my husband and I like to book a bike tour with a local expert. We finally decided to do the same in our own part of the world, since we live in South Florida, and we’re so glad we did. Damian was knowledgeable, passionate about Miami Beach and an overall great guide. Miami Beach is beautiful to look at and so fun to learn so many details about. I highly recommend this tour for tourists and locals alike.
Thank you for the review. It was a pleasure showing you around Miami Beach.
Great biketour of South beach! Damian knows so much and tells so passionate about this beautiful part of Miami. The stories behind the beautiful art deco buildings and places makes it so special!
It means the world that you joined me and left with new stories to tell. I promise to keep uncovering Miami Beach’s hidden gems — one corner, one building, one great story at a time.
Very knowledgable and friendly guide provides lots of information about the area, focusing on architecture. Also provides a handout as a guide when the tour was over which was an added bonus.
Your review is music to my ears. Thanks for coming on the tour and for being part of the magic.
Top-notch tour! The guide knew a ton about Miami, architecture, and related subjects and shared it with great storytelling flair. We also got plenty of fascinating bonus info that wasn’t straight from the usual script. Plus, the group was small—much more personal than the crowded tours we passed by.
Thank you for your curiosity. Miami Beach needs thoughtful heritage travelers like you now more than ever. The city has been overwhelmed by mass tourism, which has unfortunately damaged its reputation and ignited a threat to historic preservation.
The guide was very knowledgeable and provided interesting information. However, he was condescending and sarcastic. He made no attempt to be friendly and had no sense of humor. We were disappointed and would not recommend this tour. Hopefully he was just having a bad day.
It seems some may have been expecting a more lighthearted, casual experience—whereas this tour leans toward a more thoughtful and in-depth exploration of history, design and culture. It won’t be everyone’s preference—and that’s completely understandable. For those looking for a more general overview, there are plenty of excellent options like Segway rides or hop-on-hop-off bus tours that offer a quicker, more scripted format. I’m intentional about keeping the tour free of political commentary, regardless of viewpoint. That said, there were a few moments where political remarks were introduced by a particular guest—unprompted and outside the scope of the tour—which created discomfort. I appreciate your kind words about the content itself being well-researched and informative. I’ll continue reflecting on how to deliver that content in a way that feels engaging for a wider demographic. Wishing you the best in your future travels.
Interesting touring the art deco..good highlights about the buildings and the architects. Very easy to walk through town
Like the ocean breeze whispering through Art Deco corridors, your words carry the spirit of Miami Beach.
Easily the best bike tour we’ve ever taken! Damian keeps it moving with 2.5 hours of nonstop storytelling, packed with amazing facts about architecture, history, even crime and pop culture. We covered so much ground, and I wouldn’t change a thing. Honestly, no regrets skipping the big, generic bike shop tours—Damian absolutely nails it!
Time-traveling through Miami’s golden days is always better with great company. Thanks for stepping into the story with me—until next time!
