Daniela went above and beyond to make our experience special & memorable. She taught us all about pesto, and other traditional snacks, pasta, and wine. She was so generous and made sure to fill us up before we left. She was extra sweet to my daughter and had toys for her to play with while we were chatting. Daniela also gave our daughter snacks in case she didn’t like the pesto we made (our daughter is 3). She provided all kinds of recommendations for the rest of our trip too. I would say this class is great for anyone hoping to add some authenticity to their trip. Nothing beats speaking directly to the locals. We felt very welcome into Daniela’s home and would highly recommend this class!
Very good experience with Roberta. She demonstrated making pesto by hand and then had us do it. We then ate the results. She is an excellent host and teacher. We enjoyed the experience immensely.
