We provide all our guests with a map of Australia Zoo and our driver guide explains to our guests all they need to know before arriving at Australia Zoo. For this transfer Joel’s Journeys will pick-up and drop-off customers at their home or accommodation in Tewantin, Noosaville, Noosa Heads, Sunshine Beach, Sunrise Beach, Castaways Beach, Marcus Beach, Peregian Beach, Coolum Beach, Marcoola, Twin Waters, Maroochydore, and Mooloolaba. Please ensure you provide your pick-up address when you make the booking and make sure you are ready at your pick up address 10 minutes before your allocated pick up time. Appreciate being picked up from our accommodation in Coolum & dropped off at Australia Zoo. Makes it so much less stressful when you are not familiar with the area & don’t have your own transport.
Great experience! Joel was a great guy and was very knowledgeable about Noosa and the surrounding areas. He gave us some good tips for the zoo. Would highly recommend using him and would use him again if we returned in the future!

Very enjoyable day at the zoo, Joel picked us up on time in a lovely little minivan with only one other couple so felt like a private escort to the zoo. Joel was very knowledgeable about the noosa area and gave us loads of facts about the zoo before we even got there. He told us the best places to go in the zoo and timings ect. Wow, so worth the money!! We were on a group tour as solo travels and wanted to see Australia zoo. One of the girls found Joel’s journey, they picked us up from our hostel. Dropped us off at the zoo and even printed our tickets off, picked us back up at 4pm and took us back to our hostel. We also got a wee tour of Noosa which was amazing 🤩 thank u so much
Love this tour. Did it last year and back again in 2026. Joel’s commentary, humour and knowledge is top notch. Enjoyed the zoo and the trip to and from this wonderful part of the world.
Joel was a great tour guide for the ride to the Australia Zoo, was super convenient getting picked up straight from our resort and dropped off at the end of the day after a long day at the zoo. He also gave super helpful tips of when the shows would be and which side of the crocuseum to sit on to avoid the sun!
