Pickup Locations & Times
We pick up passengers from all hotels and apartments. If your hotel is located in the pedestrian zone of the old town, we will suggest the closest location where we will meet. Our driver will meet you at the hotel reception or at the entrance if it is an apartment without a reception. You will only need to say your name and show the reservation on your smartphone. After the tour, we will drop you off at your chosen location.

We booked this tour 3 - 4 days in advance and Wonderway was responsive to our inquiry. We had 2 personnels from their agency: Mat was our pick up/driver , responsible, polite, friendly - safe , smooth driving and even gave clear information. Eugene was our guide, proficient in English, and he came across knowledgable during the tour. Pacing was just nice - not too slow nor too fast, We would recommend booking them.

Excellent guide Yurgy, knowledgeable and good pace. Really enjoyed. One minor problem is the lack of volume on headset for first part our even when turned up to max. Related more to guide not talking directly into mic some of the e times.
