The local guide will pick you up at the hotel ( if located in Auckland ). Travelers can request the tour to start from any centrally located hotel. In case your hotel is outside the city center we will select a convenient meeting point in the city center.Tour may end at a different location from the departure point unless requested in advance of the tour.

The agency informed us 24 hours before kick-off that they would not be able to provide a guide in Spanish as booked. While the guide provided a very good service, keep in mind that the agency may change the conditions without sufficient notice

We had a great time with Mike! He was so kind, fun, informative. We had only one afternoon to see Auckland and he was the best guide to help us! My kids loved him too!
Communication was great leading up to the tour. We felt very comfortable with Clinton. Hit the highlights of Auckland with narratives on culture, history, geography, etc. He provided water and some treats and constantly checked in to ensure we were having fun. Loved it!
Our guide, Rosario, was friendly and informative and made an effort to show us everything there was to see.
Martin was able to cover a LOT of ground in just 3 hours. We saw two museums, the fish & night markets, the university, and other points of interest. It was a lot of walking but a great way to see the city. Thanks Martin!
