The visit to Moray is optional, the passenger is not obliged to visit we can make a 30-minute stop for this they need to have the entrance ticket (70 soles)
The Moray archaeological remains are located 7 km from Maras, in the Sacred Valley of the Incas and 38 km northwest of Cuzco. It is possible to reach Moray through the road that leaves the town or directly from a detour from the main road. Moray is Quechua word and it designated a sector occupied by the rural communities of Misminay and Kaccllarakay.

This tour is taken as a group. In Moray Archaeological Zone we only got 20 minutes and it is not enough, if you want to go down and walk around the area at least you need 35 to 40 minutes. In Maras we didn't care for 20 minutes and it was fine... We were told that the return to Cusco would be at 2:30 in the afternoon and we were at the Plaza de Armas at 12:45. It seemed the guides were in a hurry... We weren't expected on walks. We took another 2 private tours with Tayra Tours and those were very good tours. Unfortunate that the Maras / Moray group tour was so rushed...
