Our experience with Iris Holidays was great. At first, when I was trying to book my Kerala one night boat tour I was skeptic to pay my 50% advance payment. But Kannan assured me that nothing will go wrong and he will make our trip memorable. He told me to contact him anytime while we are on the tour if we needed his assistance. We signed up for Kerala one night boat tour with Spice boat luxury cruise and wanted to go to Kanniyakumari for a day trip in India. Everything went very smoothly as how Kannan prepared our itinerary and the driver he sent was very good too. We also arranged to go to Agra Delhi to tour Tajmahal and Agra fort. Kannan arranged our driver to pick us up from Delhi to Agra and the hotel he booked us was great. Though we had a minor issue with language communication with our driver, Kannan immediately arranged a tour guide at no cost to make us comfortable and happy. When I called him from Delhi airport, he immediately responded and looked into the issue and fixed it. We enjoyed our India trip to be a memorable one with the help of Kannan and Iris Holidays support. The itinerary provided by Iris tours was fantastic. I told them I had 4 days to see Kerala and Kannan, Iris' planner and our contact put together a wonderful plan to visit highlights of Kerala. Kudos to Kannan!!! We visited Munnar in the mountains, Thekkady and saw elephants and wildlife and finished on a houseboat in Allepay. Perfect combination of places with first class accommodations. Our driver Shijo met us at the airport an drove us everywhere. He was sensational and knows everything about Kerala places. Always on time and always taking us to perfect spots for photos. This company is great to work with!
