5 stars!!

This was a great experience. I went with a group of 7 and we had so much fun and each stop was unforgettable. The tour guides, Nigel and Lu were funny and made us very comfortable. Thank you!! I will recommend.

It was lots of fun. Great...

It was lots of fun. Great tips for snorkeling at baby beach. Note that they don’t have snorkels to fit little kids. The caves were cool and the natural pool was beautiful but busy! A great way to see things on the island you wouldn’t otherwise.

Nervous at first but worth it.

I was a little weary at first after reading some of the reviews about how rough the ride was since I have a bad back, but my family convinced me to give it a go. I’m so glad they did! The cave was interesting and we saw a couple small fruit bats, but they stayed in their area and didn’t mess with us. The next fun spot was the natural pool which had a lot of fish and a spot for people to jump in (I did not do that but it looked fun). The highlight for me was baby beach. Not so much the beach part, but the lazy river part. They provided snorkeling gear and there was so much sea life to see, it was amazing. The ride itself was a little rough at times and it is definitely a 4x4 experience, but it wasn’t anything crazy. Our guides were a lot of fun and very easy to ask questions to. Definitely recommend.

First time in Aruba

The jeep tour was really great. We saw so much of the island and saw some of the most beautiful sights. I had no idea how rocky so recommend a jeep tour.

Fun in the sun

Super fun & exciting offroad adventure, we learned about their rich history. Nigel & Rochi were great guides! The roads in Arikok were very bumpy (but that's part of the fun) & the pool was smaller than expected, but amazing nonetheless

Nice, but could be more worthwhile - needs some work.

Day started off well. Picked up by an air-conditioned van. Tour guides were funny. We went on a Friday and were told that the caves close at 11am, so we needed to go there first (it was a 9am tour start time). They tried to reroute the trip and tell us that instead of Baby Beach, they'd take us to a closer beach that would be closer to the caves, because the tour guides didn't want to drive back and forth through the national park...but were later told by their managers that they have to take us to where we paid to go. We were given cold water bottles which were replenished throughout the trip and some chips/snacks. The ride was bumpy and fun (but you need to like bumpy - lol!). We were first taken to a brown well of still water where we were told to stick our feet into a stream so fish can nibble on us like a pedicure.... ??? That was a let down. Tour guide pointed out some house that the first Dutch people settled in, but didn't elaborate. Historical part of the tour was lacking. Tour guide kept making comments about how he likes single women - may have been funny for some folks. Next we went to the caves. We were shown pictures/markings on the ceiling via flashlight - again, no historical description. Then, we were shown fruit bats by a red flashlight being shone deep into the cave...again, very short explanation. Next stop was the natural pool - this was STUNNING! The water was rough that day, and we weren't allowed to swim. Crowded, so tough to take pics. Next stop, was passing some windmills. There were so many stops along the way to take beautiful pictures, but the tour guides didn't stop. They just seemed like they wanted to get there and back. Then, Baby Beach. This was underwhelming. We were able to use snorkel gear from the tour guides, but there was no place to sit unless you were a hotel guest. The bathrooms cost $2 to use. Website said we'd get lunch, but we were told we can buy lunch from "Big Mamma's" - a shack-like roofed lean-to, with no AC and little lighting. Upsetting. By the time we finished eating, it was time to leave. Didn't even get a chance to go into the water. If I would have known, I would have brought my own lunch and eaten on the jeep, or brought beach chairs to sit on. Though we got to see a lot on this tour, we weren't given enough time at each station and were rushed. Also, for a tour, I would have expected more historical explanation and trivia, and stops along the way describing the views, etc. I feel like I could have rented a Jeep on my own and done this at my own pace. Good value for the dollar, but my favorite part was the bumpy ride and view of the natural pool. Rent your own Jeep and do it at your own pace. And bring lunch!

Operator response

Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed the air-conditioned transportation, our guides’ humor, the refreshments provided throughout the tour, the off-road adventure, and especially the incredible views at the Natural Pool. We would, however, like to clarify a few points. The caves inside Arikok National Park operate according to the National Park’s schedule, which can sometimes require our team to adjust the order of the itinerary. When this happens, our goal is to ensure that our guests are still able to visit all of the advertised stops. Baby Beach is part of this tour, and we’re glad our operations team ensured that the original itinerary was maintained. Regarding the Natural Pool, swimming conditions are determined by the ocean and can change very quickly. When conditions are rough, our guides will always prioritize safety, even though we understand how disappointing it can be not to swim at such a beautiful location. We are concerned, however, about your comments regarding the limited explanations at the historical and natural attractions. Our guides are expected to provide information about Aruba, Arikok National Park, the caves, wildlife, and the different locations visited. Your feedback in this area is valuable, and we will address it with our team. We have also taken note of your comments regarding some of the remarks made during the tour, as our guides are expected to maintain a fun but professional atmosphere for everyone. We would also like to clarify that lunch is not included in this particular tour unless specifically stated as part of the package purchased. Guests have the opportunity to purchase food at Baby Beach. We apologize if the information you received at the time of booking created a different expectation, and we will review this to ensure the inclusions are communicated as clearly as possible. This is a four-hour adventure covering several locations across a significant portion of the island, so the time at each stop must be managed carefully in order to complete the full itinerary. Nevertheless, guests should never feel unnecessarily rushed, and we appreciate your comments about allowing more opportunities for photos and explanations along the route. Thank you again for your balanced and detailed review. We’re glad there were parts of the experience you genuinely enjoyed, particularly the off-road ride and the Natural Pool. Your feedback gives us specific areas where we can continue improving the experience for future guests.

Unforgettable Experience

We had the most wonderful time on this tour! We appreciated that the operator picked us up at our Airbnb, which isn’t one of the big high rise resorts. All 3 stops on the tour were sensational, but our favorite was Baby Beach. Our tour guide Bono recommended something off to the side while we were there called the Lazy River. Boy what a recommendation! We snorkeled a narrow channel that had the most beautiful, amazing fish, all while gently floating downstream due to the currents. You must try the lazy river! Later, at the Natural Pool, Bono came through again, showing us a “secret pool” nearby, and even helping us climb up and down the rocks to get there and back. Bono was a wonderful tour guide and we were lucky to have him. It was a day we’ll always remember. AGW was also a great value, as we shopped around and they had excellent prices compared to other operators. Also, many operators including this one offer off-road experiences on ATVs, etc, but this also WAS an off-road experience. So it packs in many things in one
