Excellent customer service and the team was very accommodating to our requests. We will definitely use them again when we visit St. Vincent. Hands-down best service on the island!

The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Communication about pick up location at the airport was disseminated the day before our trip. We were met with a name placard and were helped through the Sandals bag tag desk at the airport. Net, our driver, was phenomenal! Very detailed and served as a tour guide on the one hour trip to Sandals. She did not speed up and around the mountain, IFKYK! Whew, THANK YOU Net. We loved it so much we scheduled a return trip back to the airport after our stay. Very reasonable and can’t say enough about this company and driver!
Layne picked me up and he was delightful. Gave me a lot of good info about the island and will be using him again during my stay

Small airport- driver greeted us - took our luggage while we waited for our friends still in customs. Great “tour guide” while driving us from the airport to Sandals.

Very professional. I liked the follow-up to my flight arrival. Keeping in touch and being courteous whilst delays were ongoing. The driver (Kennel) was polite and friendly. A smooth airport transfer to my hotel.
