Our 25th Anniversary Vacation in Argentina

We found Say Hueque while researching for our Argentina trip. I am a "DIY" person but all the reviews encouraged me to contact them. Mery was a gem of a travel consultant. Between my reseach and her knowledge we were able to close an itenary suitable for us. Appreciate her patience while interacting with me. For the domestic airline ticketing I used their services for booking on Aerolineas. For some reason these tickets were not available in India. Once the booking was completed we were assigned a dedicated support person "Andrea". She ensured we had all the right documents before the trip, adviced us were we could exchange currency near our hotel etc. She was always availble to clarify any doubts I had for the trip. We were able to appreciate the support when we missed our connecting flight to Buenos Aires. I informed Andrea about the delay and she ensured our pickup car was aware of the changed schedule, the hotel was also informed and she rescheduled our Half day food walk of Palermo Soho to an afternoon slot. During our trip there was a possibility of Airport staff strike and she kept us informed. Luckily the strike got cancelled. And then we had the 24x7 support WhatsApp channel. It felt so nice to have a support system in a foreign country. We used multiple times when we were not able to find our pickup driver or when the airline changed our flights. I really would like to appreciate Team Say Hueque for helping me plan this trip which was not too hectic and allowed us to explore multiple locations at our own pace with only good memories at the end of this lovely 2 week vacation.

Very good rice planning by professionals with heart

We were able to adapt the itinerary to our individual ideas (additional shipping to glaciers in Patagonia) and also had the opportunity to contact us via Whatsapp or Mail during the trip. Everything worked out perfectly and the guides on site were also very good. There are also many tips on restaurants or activities on site. We will dream of this journey for a long time!

I fell in love with Argentina

Deyvis was amazing. Initially asked what I want to see in Argentina. And moulded my tour for me Iguassu both sides. Hotel was fabulous. Ushuaia hiking and boat ride fabulous. Four days. El calafete four days, the glacier, boat ride, and then to a ranch. Horse riding. Barbecue. Back to BA. Always pick up at the airport and shuttle to and from exquisite hotels. Enough downtime where I could rest and do whatever I wanted to do. The four days in Mendoza and the two wine tours and cooking class were exquisite. My guide Juan Martin had exceptional English and history of the Mendoza and Argentine regions. Deyvis always connected with me to make sure everything went well. Even if I struggled with communication. Highly recommend them. The organized dinners and the tango show in BA were exquisite. Was able to learn everything about this magnificent country.

Very helpful and wonderful tour.

The people at Say Hueque were wonderful to work with. They put together an itinerary that took us to many highlights of Argentina. When we had problems with delayed flights to Argentina at the beginning of our tour, they worked out fixes for us so we got to do most of the things we had planned. They were always pleasant and helpful.

Great experience in Argentina - hosted by good tour company - Say Hueque

What a great vacation and experience provided by Say Hueque in Argentina! We explored and stayed in Bariloche, Mendoza, Iguazu, and Buenos Aires. All of the tours, which are mostly sub-vendored by small companies, were extremely well run and seamlessly executed throughout. The accommodations were also very nice and well situated in each area. Bariloche, the Lake District, is a resort town and beautiful next to a large lake fed by glaciers, rivers, and smaller lakes. The hotel was located a mile and a half from the town, easily accessible by Uber ($5) or walking along a wide shoulder on a busy two-lane road. In Mendoza, a wine district known for Malbec red wine, we stayed extremely nice and quaint hotel located in a winery. It was close to wineries and restaurants in Charcas, outside of the city. The tour included three wineries and tastings. Their actual main vineyards are located outside Mendoza in the Uco Valley. Again, the tours were excellent; the rides and guides were right on time. The Iguazu waterfalls were maybe the highlight of the vacation. They are overwhelmingly huge, majestic, and beautiful. Our accommodations were in the jungle and very nice. The town was a fairly good way out, but for two nights with full days, it was easy just to eat at the restaurant and have drinks next to the pool. Finally, Buenos Aires is a very nice city with a lot of tree canopy and plenty to see. The rooms there were a bit cramped, but the trade-off is that it's ideally located in the Palermo section of the city with many restaurants and shops nearby. Interspersed in the tour were several asados, or BBQs, at special kitchens and one at the home of a local resident that featured extremely tender and rather large, sumptuous steaks. It was almost too much, but so good. The guides at each location were outstanding. They all spoke English well and had very good knowledge of the local area. Another nice option with Say Hueque is that they provided just enough free time for us to relax and not be driven by an agenda the entire time. Analia and Joaquina of Say Hueque did an excellent job of coordinating and managing the trip, and were very attentive to our preferences and needs. They provided all the transportation, including the domestic airline flights, without a hiccup. We have travelled all over the world, and this was one of the best trips we have experienced!

Pull the trigger. These guys are great

My wife and I travel quite a bit but had never been to South America. I had very little idea what I needed to see in Argentina and was a bit overwhelmed. Hit up chat gpt for an itinerary and then began to search for tour companies. I checked the reviews of course and went in with a healthy amount of skepticism since we are from the New York New Jersey area 😊. I spoke with people from this tour company but didn’t commit for weeks. Kept looking around. It was a big commitment as it was 19 days and not inexpensive. Finally pulled the trigger and I’m glad I went with these guys. Seamless is the best word to describe our experience. From the airport pickups to the various small tours. Everyone was pleasant and competent. They choose the accommodations for you and you can research those choices on your own to confirm it’s at the level you want. The country was amazing. It was an outdoor type of trip with small hikes, kayaking etc. We requested that. Yell them what you want and they will make it happen. They also did a great job in gauging how long to spend in each spot based on the time you have. It’s a solid company that “stays” with you the whole way. They even check up on you while you are traveling to make sure you are ok and the trip is meeting your expectations. Two thumbs up 👍 👍
