The experience continues with a 1-hour cheese tasting at the prestigious Old Amsterdam shop, where you’ll sample five varieties of Gouda paired with carefully selected wines. We always aim to schedule the tasting at 1:30 pm, but in some cases, it may take place later. Afterward, enjoy free time to keep exploring, visit world-class museums, stroll Jordaan, or relax in a canal-side café.

Our guide, Rafael, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about the history of Amsterdam. Since our cheese tasting time could not be accommodated we were given the choice of a canal cruise with wine and cheese, which we did. The canal cruise was great. We really enjoyed it.
