perfect welcome explanation Fabien is absolutely amazing; he explains things well.
Great tour with enough time to ask all your questions, clear explanations and beautiful examples were shown
Best experience in Amsterdam with family and two teenagers thanks to Fabian's exceptional hospitality!
I did the diamond experience for 19€ p.p. And with a duration of 45min. We were received by a friendly woman and were given a locker by her for an audio tour. That was a little confusing because I really expected that we would get a private tour by a human being. But in retrospect that is also a bit much to ask for the price. The tour is actually a small room downstairs where a number of grinders are also working. The information from the audio tour was fine. A bit long-winded and filled with a lot of side issues to fill the time. Interesting but not for much more than 20min. Then you can go up and the tour already ended there and you ended up in the shop. I wasn't interested in the watches. And at the rings and jewelry, a security guard was following us to make sure we were doing nothing wrong and the seller didn't have a look for us. It didn't feel very welcome or accessible to ask him questions. This while I really had a buying intention for diamond earrings. Missed an opportunity and eventually succeeded at another jeweller. All in all, we have definitely learned new things about diamonds and that 201 diamond is really very fat. But go for the 9€ tour. The other one's not worth it. And if you really want to buy something, there are really better jewellers around with better service and friendliness.
We were welcomed on entry and had a private tour with the representative who was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It was nice to talk to some of the team that were working at the stations and its reassuring and nice to see that they had been with the company for many many years in particular the goldsmith took an interest in a ring that was a family heirloom. The team were great and a visit is highly recommended.
Once again at Costers. Sang once again looked after us like royalty. We did nake a purchase, so, wife is happy. However, the knowledge and information we had from Mr Sang was incredible. Highly recommend a tour (no need to buy). We will be back. The whole experience was first class.
Less a factory , more a high end jewelry store where the very knowledgeable and friendly staff try to gauge your interest in buying one if their beautiful gems . I wouldn’t pay for a tour as they are free .
Be prepared to be sold diamonds. This is not a tour. This is a sham. This Trip Advisor company will ruin TA fine reputation quickly.
