Extremely disappointing experience. It ran 30 minutes late for starters and the boat seats were not forward facing, and looked inwards meaning you could barely see any of the lights. The windows were plastic which again spoilt any view you did get. The two guys running the cruise were very friendly and asked if we wanted drink refills but we both wished we had walked along the canal to see the light installations. I would not recommend this experience.
Great tour had by Harry and Luc. Nice interaction with the group and managed to get everyone excited and told very nice stories.

Boat crew Michel and Floor made the light festival trip a great success, together with blankets, wine and lots of interesting information! Amsterdam by night has a totally different feel than by day. Really wonderful!
Michel and Jurriaan were top tour guides. They knew how to tell beautiful things about the art of the festival of lights, but also other city facts about Amsterdam. This in combination with fun, jokes and delicious mulled wine was super. Thanks for the nice experience! Definitely recommended.

Great trip made with DJ and Lex. Beautiful trip good explanation and also nice drinks. The boat itself also neat and quiet.
It was a great experience, Tobias was really good as a guide and really funny and kind as a host. The mulled wine was also really tasty and unlimited. The boat was comfy and they also have blankets in case you get cold.
We searched on TA and identified the canal cruise that suited. Booking was easy. Small cruise with very good commentary in English and Dutch (i assume but could have been German). All the light shows and land marks were identified and explained. The drinks were great. Good job!
Nice experience. The crew was lovely, very friendly, friendly and telling you about the lights. I loved the experience. They give you drinks and blankets. The only bad thing is that if it rains it doesn't look great because of the glass, We sat outside, and although it was a little cold, with the blankets we had a great time.
