An incredible story very well explained.

Seeing the Amsterdam of the thirties and forties of the 20th century has been very interesting thanks to how our guide, Samuel, captivated us. Personally, one of the best free tours we have enjoyed.

Excellent free tour

Excellent free tour about the Second World War. Samuel immersed us fully in the stories and experiences of the victims of the Holocaust. He conveys his passion for the history of this era. Totally recommended.

Second time on this tour!!

It is my second time doing this tour, and without a doubt, I would do it again. I had the experience of this tour with Samuel three years ago when I came alone to Amsterdam, where I was fascinated by the tour, thanks to the energy and dedication he puts into telling the various stories of the country and city. On this occasion, I came with my family, and I wanted to do this tour so they could experience what I experienced. By coincidence, our guide was again Samuel. Without a doubt, he is a guide 11/10; it is a pleasure to learn and know. My family and I would repeat this tour.

Walk through history

It's been a great experience. Samuel is a very prepared guide. It entangles you in the story of the 2nd GGMM, with characters that are perfectly connected to the events that happened in the city and the walk through those places. It makes you live it and has excited me on several occasions. Thank you.

Learn not to forget and, if it is with a guide like Samuel, better than better

An amazing experience. Samuel’s knowledge of World War II is enriching and opens your mind to knowing the grays of history. If it was up to me Samuel would give a talk in all the institutes so that the young people do not forget and learn not to repeat. In addition, he has helped us a lot with tips and recommendations about the city. 100% recommended.

Worth taking this freetour

We did this freetour with Florence in March 2026. We found it most interesting to know the history of what happened in the city during the second world war, very well explained by Florence
