Our journey is about to conclude as we return to the picturesque Amstel River, passing beneath Amsterdam's renowned Skinny Bridge – a rare gem among the city's dwindling collection of wooden bridges.
We're back on the Prinsen canal where we get a chance to see a lot of different house boats and canal houses.

A little hard to find in the canal but the tour itself was pleasant and entertaining. Bring a jacket. Noticably colder in the boat.

It was a chilly evening but blankets and beverages were provided along with entertaining commentary and answers to questions. A very enjoyable 90 minutes. The only downside was the location of embarkation. It was a long walk from the heart of the tourist area.

A wonderful tour, and a great way to get a fresh perspective of Amsterdam! Captain Attila was a funny and knowledgeable guide, and the boat was very comfortable (the blankets were a welcome bonus). I wish I'd gone on the tour earlier in my stay in Amsterdam, since the captain gave a lot of good suggestions on lesser-known areas to check out, but I'll just have to save those for next time!
