So enjoyed the tour on Weds 22nd April Xiker was such a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. His English was so good and he knew every place we visited. Plenty of patience and looked after us all so well.
A fun morning exploring Amsterdam, fun and knowledgeable guide. Topped off with amazing weather
I did this tour in 2006 and was so happy that I wanted to do it again. It was only ok this time. I booked an English tour but the guide didn't speak English very well. He was kind an enthusiastic but for the money I expected more. Them taking your photo is SCAM. They offer to take & share the photos - which they do - but they are crappy and low-rez. So if you want a good version 1 pic cost $5. Just shabby. You won't have a bad time on the tour, but you might want to check out other companies
Hi Dan, Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear this didn’t meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that we do not charge $5 for photo downloads. This is not part of our service, so it’s possible this was from a third-party platform. We’d really appreciate it if you could contact us directly and share the link so we can look into it. Regarding the tour, all of our guides conduct tours in English, and we’ll review your comments internally. We’re always looking to improve and value the feedback. Ashton
