From arrivals to departures you have to take the elevator or escalator up 1 floor and then you are on departures. The doors are labeled and you must be at door C at departure 3, do not exit the terminal building. When you are ready , please inform your driver and wait here, Your driver will pick you up in the next minutes. No communication sbout where to meet our driver. Didn’t respond to questions. Ended up taking a taxi. We need a refund

Clearance through customs took for ever but timely communications with the service provider was excellent and although we finally got to pick up location o er 2 hours late the driver was still there waiting for us.
