Beside your trip to see those cute Pandas, the most important thing is to explore the Chengdu city which is more than 3000 years old. Your driver guide will meet you at your hotel lobby to start this amazing time travel with you, you will show up at a busy market street origin in Han Dynasty, and find yourself in a holy temple from Tang Dynasty. What about a Mongolian residential area from Qing Dynasty? Well, this looks like a history trip? Yes but not only, we will introduce you the other important feature of Chengdu during the walks - FOOOOD! You can choose Sichuan cuisine/ local snacks/ hotpot/ vegetarian food as your lunch. You can even choose to visit a local wet market to know more about local's life. 7 hours are far too short, but we will try our best to give you more!

Visit one of the oldest tea house in Chengdu, feel the local 's relaxing aroma. Walk through the Matching corner, the place that parents help children's marriage.

Wu was an amazing tour guide. I enjoyed hearing about his childhood and where he played and visited. He was warm and personable and took time to learn about me. We went to may places and he took my photo and helped me look for treasure. I randomly mentioned that I love antiquing, and he took me to an antique market (a highlight of my China experience). We had the most enjoyable afternoon, I recommend that if you want to get around easy and have an English speaker explain what you are seeing, do this!

Chengdu is a sprawling city of 22M people so getting around can be challenging especially if you don’t speak the local dialect of Sichuanese. This dialect is different than the national language of Mandarin. Our guide Bella was a breath of fresh air. We have travelled a lot and Bella is in the Elite Class of a tour guide. Not only is she a wealth of information, but stays right with you the entire tour. Bella speaks fluent English effortlessly. She has over 13 years experience as a Certified China Tour Guide. She brought us to incredible tourist sites and hires Premium Didi drivers who drive luxury cars . Bella even offered to carry our souvenirs we purchased on the tour. Our tour included lunch and was at a great restaurant with so much food it was like dinner. We highly recommend this tour company and hope you can book Bella.

Had an amazing Chengdu city tour with Claire – truly one of the highlights of the trip. I was very fortunate to be the only person hosted by Libby - who was fantastic! She is speak professional English and Chinese and is very knowledgable of the city. We spent around 6-7 hours together in the city central attractions and had lunc together. She considered my interests and needs very carefully to maximise my day. She is passionate about her job and tells interesting stories on the way. The entire trip was super smooth with taxi arragned so very comfortable. We had a wonderful time with Bella. She was so accommodating to our family especially since we were traveling with my 82 year old dad and needed frequent breaks. She was so engaging, informative and answered all our questions, providing so much insights into the historical and modern day Chengdu.
