The boat was very nice...

The boat was very nice and the crew was great! We did not go in the blue grotto though and the swimming spot wasn’t amazing. Much better than the public ferry and not too expensive.

Great tour!

Fantastic day! The boat ride and spots we visited were amazing. We had prosecco and great snacks. We were a group of 4. There were 12 people in total in the tour. There was plenty of room and boat was in great shape. The staff were very nice and friendly. Plenty of time on Capri. We recommend!

Canceled and no response

Boat was canceled on us last minute. We didn’t have enough time rebook another trip. The trip organizer requested to move to the next day for rough seas. The next day I called and no response.

Operator response

Ciao Greg, we are honestly quite surprised by this review. The cancellation notice was sent the day before the tour through the official booking communication channels, and a full refund was promptly processed. Unfortunately, if a customer does not check their email or booking notifications, there is very little more we can realistically do from our side. Additionally, the cancellation was due exclusively to rough sea conditions and made for safety reasons, not by choice or convenience. In fact, sea conditions were so severe that even regular ferry services experienced major disruptions and cancellations. Therefore, the statement about not having enough time to “rebook another trip” is rather difficult to understand, as virtually no operator could safely run tours under those conditions. We also find it difficult to understand why this situation resulted in a one-star review toward our company, especially considering that: - the tour never operated, - the cancellation was communicated in advance, - and a full refund was issued immediately. If anything, perhaps the frustration should be directed toward the platform’s notification system rather than toward a company that acted responsibly and transparently under adverse weather conditions. In any case, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the weather and wish you the best for the remainder of your trip.

Capri

You will enjoy the experience, so much to see and learn about the island. Touring the island is a must. Eat at Capri Rooftop, a coffee in the square and a gelato at the port before leaving.

Best tour ever

Our boat tour to Capri was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, everything was handled with so much care and professionalism. The captain and co-captain were incredibly attentive, making sure we were comfortable the entire time and pointing out the most beautiful sights along the way. Their knowledge of the area, warm hospitality, and genuine passion for what they do made the experience so special. The boat was comfortable, the views were breathtaking, and we truly felt like VIP guests. If you’re visiting Capri, this is a must-do experience — I can’t recommend this tour enough!

Family friendly, great day excursion

Easy to find the tour guide and great communication. The tour was shorter than expected (original start time 8am, updated time to 10am due to weather) and the blue grotto was closed that day so we did not see everything. Additionally, we had around 3.5 hours on capri and only 30 minute to swim in the water- our family felt it would have been more enjoyable to spend time in the water and a little less time on Capri, given the shortened overall trip time. Otherwise, the boat and crew were amazing, helpful and knowledgeable about the area and we enjoyed the experience.

Not what we paid for!

1. They tried to cancel one day before and wanted to change the date to a different day. 2. They messaged back to say the trip was on, but they said it was going to be a bigger boat and they lied. It was actually smaller then the picture they sent. 3. They don’t take you to actually see the grottos they just pass by, and tell you “this is it” and move on fast. 4. No blue grotto because “it was closed” but you could see a line forming to go see it. Made it seem like they just did not want to waste their time. 5. The swimming part also seemed like it was just a random spot, no cave swimming at all. Did not seem like a magical experience at all, and not for what we paid for. You probably will only do this tour once in your life, so do not purchase this tour.

Operator response

Hello Ana, please get in contact with us, it seems this is not our tour. We can't find any booking with your name. Please get in contact with us with your booking number to clarify. Thank U

Overpriced, Unsafe, and Nothing Like Promised – Worst Boat Tour Experience Ever

If you enjoy being miserable, and body slammed by the ocean and receiving none of what you paid for, this is the tour for you. (out of 8 hours only 15 was swimming and snacks combined, the entire rest of the time was a terrible joyless speed race around the water) Do not sit in the front of the boat—under any circumstances. I read the 1-star reviews and didn’t believe them. I regret that. They were right. Here’s what your day will look like: Our boat was overbooked. By the time it picked us up in Positano, it was already full from the previous stop. All the decent seats were taken. We were forced to lie down at the very front, which quickly turned into a brutal, dangerous experience and baked in the sun and burned. The captain—who seemed to think he was auditioning for a Red Bull F1 boat team—blasted full speed ahead for nearly an hour. My husband, a 40+ year martial artist, said he’s never taken such a beating. We slammed into wave after wave, hurting our backs, necks, and limbs. I had an injured foot that was repeatedly slammed into the deck, causing more damage to my ankle. We briefly stopped for maybe four minutes to snap a few photos of some rocks, then it was back to the insanity. We were forced to immediately lie down again and hang on for dear life as the captain pushed the boat to its limit. We passed every other tour boat on the water—boats filled with people sipping drinks, laughing, playing music, and enjoying themselves. Meanwhile, we were being flung around like crash test dummies. This wasn’t just uncomfortable—it was unsafe. I’m a former U.S. Marine and an experienced boat owner, and I can confidently say this was not okay. No drinks were offered. No food was served. Despite the tour advertising both, they conveniently skipped that part. I genuinely believe the crew went so fast on purpose—to avoid having to serve anything. Eventually, we stopped for a rushed 15-minute swim (in total that’s all we swam, just 15 minutes not multiple like they advertised). At that point, they also handed out one bottle of prosecco for 12 people and a few snacks. You had to choose, swim or eat, because you only had 15 minutes. No full brunch like advertised, no hospitality. At the same time, they had the nerve to ask who wanted lunch reservations on Capri. (we expected this to be provided as advertised, but no, you had to pay additional on Capri.) This ride was joyless, awkward, rushed, and reckless. No music. No charm. No personality. Just speed. We flew past every scenic site in 2–4 minutes, and the rest was spent gripping the boat to avoid being thrown off. Ended up getting off on Capri to spend over two hundred more euros for food and drinks for two people since the boat failed to provide this as they advertised. I’ve been on hundreds of boat rides and tours. This was the first time I felt so strongly about a bad experience that I had to leave a review. Also, in their ad “admission included” is a scam. They didn’t offer any of that. By the end we were confused what that even meant because that wasn’t even a thing it’s all fake. You don’t need admission. On the way back, we passed every single boat on the water and went as fast as possible with no more stops. The same people who got the good seats there, expected to get the same seats on the way back so it was a fight to get good seats. At the very end, they pulled out Lemoncello, and offered half a shot to everyone. I was very mad and refused because we just had to pay for this drink on Capri. This tour is falsely advertised, dangerously operated, and completely miserable. You’ve been warned. We paid 660 euros for two. Rip off.

Great day on the boat

Fantastic boat tour! The operator was very communicative with us. They picked our family of 5 up and took us to Capri. We had plenty of time to explore Capri and have lunch. We got back on the boat and went around the island of Capri which was beautiful! We had time to jump in the water. The weather was perfect. We had a wonderful day!

Fantastic Tour to Capri

This is an A+ experience! Marco, our boat captain and host, was fabulous in every way. We traveled from Positano to Capri with swimming stops and beautiful photo stops along the way. The trip included a highlight going into the blue grotto. We had time to explore Capri with its many food and shopping options before boarding the boat to head back. We enjoyed Prosecco and pizza and Marco was very generous with both. The views were majestic and Marco explained a little about each area. We loved that it was a small group tour and we loved the people we met. My husband and I highly recommend this tour with Marco.
