Well organised and extensive tour of the Alhambra complex, including the beautiful Generife gardens, impressive Alcázar and spectacular Nasrid Palaces.
While the overall experience was good, the last-minute change was disappointing. I received notice less than 24 hours before the tour that I’d need to cancel or settle for an audio-only version. My refund is still outstanding, and I’d appreciate an update.

A lot of walking but absolutely worth it! Our guide Marta was knowledgeable, friend and funny. It was a beautiful place with lots of hidden pieces of history.
We had an excellent experience with the guide Alberto. The tour was totally private, only for the three of us (it was a very pleasant surprise) which greatly enriched the experience and made it even more special. Although the weather was terrible, it didn’t stop raining, Alberto managed to make the experience unforgettable thanks to his professionalism, closeness and passion for what he does. He was able to explain everything clearly and enjoyably, adapting to our pace and resolving any doubts with patience. We would definitely recommend it 100%. Thank you very much, Alberto. The Alhambra, the gardens and the Nasrid palaces are real wonders, plus we had an extra guide, kindness and quality of history. We recommend.
DO NOT USE. The activity was cancelled 4 minutes after the entry time to Alhambra. Andalusia Travel Experiences claims that they immediately cancelled and refunded the order, but such claims were never conveyed to us ONLY after we were at Alhambra and were prohibited from entry due to lack of tickets/reservations.
The guide named Javier was very friendly, has shared with kindness and excellent predisposition his knowledge.
