Alhambra: Skip-the-Line to Nasrid Palaces & Generalife

Description
Visit one of the most important monuments of the Nasrid Empire in the Iberian Peninsula with our official guide, the Alhambra in Granada. A jewel of Muslim origin and nominated to be one of the seven wonders of the modern world. This impressive palace represents a true citadel within Granada itself, which was intended to serve as accommodation for the monarch and his court. It stands out for its greatness, its wonderful and splendid interiors, and the adaptation to the natural environment. Its huge gardens and its different rooms reflect the legacy of the different religions and cultures that passed through Granada. There are impressive parts such as the Patio de los Arrayanes, the Palacio de Comares or the mythical Patio de los Leones. A magnificient journey through history through the palatine city of the Nasrid kings of the Alhambra that leaves no one indifferent and that will fulfill all your expectations.

What kind of lack of professionalism is this? The organization was terrible from start to finish, and the experience was frustrating. First, they delayed the tour by 30 minutes. Then, I was assigned to a group where approximately 70% of the explanation was in French and only 30% in Spanish. I spent a large part of the visit listening to a language I neither speak nor understand. Additionally, the meeting point did not match what I had been told. I was told that I should enter through the second floor, but in the end, they made me enter through the back of a store, causing even more confusion. The staff? Completely lost in space and providing zero help. The woman on the phone saying something and the guy on the second floor making me go back to the first twice. We paid for a guided and organized experience, but what we received was disorganized management and poor communication. I would not recommend this tour.
Our tour guide Manuela was brilliant she looked after everyone on the tour and was very knowledgeable. The driver and the tour guide Hector were also great. All 3 of them made the days tour perfect. Thank you all
Excellent explanation, very good group feedback, great experience with our guide Karlos.
Today we were accompanied during the trip to Granada by the tour operator Maria. The three hours spent on the bus to reach the Alhambra site were very pleasant; with her smile and grace, she told us the history of Andalusia in terms of historical, geographical, and gastronomic aspects! She knows the Italian language perfectly and always made important recommendations regarding the documents to bring and for the appointments. Collaborators like Carlo Fuente are impeccable. Excellent experience!
I cannot give less than one star, otherwise I would have given -10. To define the treatment received as TERRIBLE would be an understatement. I had booked a private tour for two people costing 240 euros for a visit to the mosque of Cordoba and a walking tour in the Jewish quarter for today, May 21, 2026. In the late afternoon yesterday, having received no response from them, I sent an email asking for confirmation of the tour. No response. I still took the train from Seville, where I was staying, to come to Cordoba. As soon as I arrived here, I called, and after delays and consultations from the operator, I learned that, mind you, THE GUIDE WAS NOT THERE. It is unclear how or why, but my reservation had gone awry, which meant I would have to repurchase tickets (the private tour was no longer available) and deal with the fury that had overtaken me upon receiving the news. It is not possible, I repeat, it is not possible to treat two tourists who spent 240 euros for a private tour (and not a group one, which we then had to settle for) like this. In my not-so-brief life, I have dealt with many tour operators, but I have never found any as TERRIBLE as Naturanda. I advise against anyone who does not want to have bile spills from relying on this organization of incompetents.
Experience with Driss resident Mexican and also in Spain. It's been fantastic! We have had a lot of fun, he is a very experienced guide
Our travel agent booked us on the Alhambra including Nasrid Palace in late Dec 2025 and this was included in our final itinerary. We were really looking forward to this tour as when you think of the Alhambra you think of the Nasrid Palace, not gardens or dusty ruins (just look at the postcards). It was to be the highlight of our tour in Spain, and we had extended our time in Granada to make the most of it. Our agent has advised that Naturanda cancelled our booking at the last minute and that at that point they could only book us on a tour for us to the Generalife and Charles V palace. Unfortunately, we only found this out when we were stood with 20 other people and I was confirming the above situation with our agent on WhatsApp. The Generalife and Charles V palace guide (different company) told we should come again - not an option when travelling all the way from New Zealand for a once in a lifetime experience. So disappointed and feel very let down by Naturanda, who really spoilt the end of our holiday. Resigned to never seeing this sight. Have recommended to our travel agent that they really reconsider using Naturanda as they are an unreliable partner, who are not to be trusted to deliver on what they promise. Recommend other travellers' book early directly on the official Alhambra website. Unfortunately, I cannot give a minus star review. Naturanda - please do not reply to this review with a meaningless AI generated apology.
This was one of three tours we took with Naturanda while staying in Seville. All were excelllent, and our guide at the Alhambra was particularly knowledgeable. We were very pleased with this tour company and would recommend it.
If there was zero star I would definitely give it to the worst, dishonest tourist company I’ve dealt with. I’ve booked my tour from Seville to Granada 3 months in advance to secure Alhambra entrance ticket and paid more than £300 for family of 3 to be told on the day that my booking doesn’t have access to Al hambra and they blamed on the ‘get your guide’ app. Completely dismissive, unapologetic and inefficient. On arrival to Alhambra ticket office made it clear that it’s totally naturanda fault and lack of efficiency and to be told that we don’t have access to everything ! It was not only us, there was another family of 5 in the same situation. The response from the company was completely useless and dismissive. I’m definitely suing them for ruing my whole trip that I’ve planned way in advance. This is not a company it’s a SCAM. Terrible avoid.
Hello, thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're really sorry to hear you had some inconveniences and we would like to express our most sincere apologies. We are conducting an investigation to find out what went wrong to ensure it won't happen again. In the meantime, you can contact our aftersales department. Kind regards from Sevilla.
The visit to Alhambra was worth the cost of the tour. It was spectacular! Our tour guide, Alain was excellent-very knowledgeable and funny. The tour of Granada was disappointing. We left Seville 40 minutes late so had less than an hour to explore the actual town. Instructions about finding food and washrooms were also unclear.
