This was an easy booking and the agents where we checked in for the tour was amazing! The boat was beautiful and the service provided was great. The trip up to the caves was great and we got To get on the smaller boat toe get a closer look. Was amazing.
I loved the experience! The staff was absolutely fantastic: very friendly, professional and always concerned about everyone’s well-being. The brunch was very good and the open bar was an excellent addition to the walk. Unfortunately, I got sick during the cruise, but Hugo was flawless. He was the one who helped me the most, always very attentive, concerned and available to make sure I felt better. It really made a difference. Despite the nausea, it was an unforgettable experience and I recommend it 100%. A huge thanks to Hugo and the whole team for the sympathy and excellent service!
Overall this was an alright boat trip. The boat did not match the photos provided on get your guide and it was also mentioned we would stop at a beach for a swim which never happened which was quite disappointing. We went to the Benagil cave which was beautiful and the open bar was ideal. But it was more a glorified ferry than the yacht pictured. We were also asked for allergins before our trip and these were not taken into account which was a shame as the food looked great but one of our party couldn't eat anything due to fear of a reaction. The guide was great and it was nice to be out on the water and see the famous caves but the listing could be doing with updating.
What an amazing experience! This trip was even better than I expected. The boat tour, lunch, and drinks were all included, and everything was excellent. The vibe on the boat was so much fun, with great music, delicious food, and an awesome crew who made sure everyone had a great time. A special shout-out to our guide, Bruna. She was fantastic! She explained everything about the Benagil Caves and the beautiful beaches along the way, and you could really tell she loves what she does. She made the tour fun, interesting, and memorable. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Portugal. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip!
This was a super tripe and made our holiday went with my Dad 92 and my daughter . The staff especially Nelson went above and beyond to help him and the barman superb !! In fact all staff were smiling friendly and helpful ! Food was super - boat very comfortable and the sights stunning - highly recommend this trip ! 4 hours of wonderful cruising ;-)
Our boat trip was absolutely everything we wished for and much more. It was the highlight of our week. Tomás, Hugo, Alex and Diago were great hosts. It was lovely to see such a young crew and such gentlemen. They engaged with all on board and went above and beyond to ensure everybody was having a great time. I need to compliment the chef. It was a very tasty brunch with a great variety. Certainly to be repeated when we visit this area again and we will recommend to our friends
Our experience as a Family of three was just fantastic we cannot wait for our return to experience the Portugese Coastline from the Guide, to the Local Brunch Food to the Music to the Barman 10 out of 10 LADS!!! Thank you so so so Much im so zen from the experience.
Pretty misleading trip. Payed £52 to do a boat trip to see the caves , when we got there they then charged £10 pp extra to see the caves on a smaller boat . We would oh booked something else if we knew this so the trip in total cost nearly £300 . Really disappointed with that , the food was ok but no food suitable for children .
Not as described, if you want to pay £50 to look at cliffs and have picnic food then go for it. Says “Bengill tour” but you have to pay € 7-10 more to actually go inside. There was no beach BBQ it was just wraps, small parties and other picky bits. You didn’t go to a beach, instead you could only get off the boat and swim in the ocean when they were doing their Bengill tours ( again not free you have to pay extra. In my opinion not worth it. You can get cheaper to go inside the cave because the food was not great. Weather was not bad either and even if that was the reason there was no communication. We were on the upper deck, told food would be brought to us yet we were still missed. Only great thing was the unlimited drinks and the staff were really nice.
Not as advertised- no stop at the beach, and we had to pay additional (7-10€ per person) to actually get off the boat to see the caves. Docking was not secured well it appeared crew was inexperienced although attempted to be very helpful and welcoming. We were told to stay seated and food would come around. All food descriptions were announced however about half did not make it to the second level (over heard they ran out) samples that did make it to second level were very much just sample size and subpar quality. Beautiful scenery and crew were super kind.
